7. One entry will be selected from the barrel and announced over the public address system. The first valid entry for each prize drawn will

of the draw date and it is the responsibility of the winner to organise pick up or delivery of prizes. If not claimed, the prize will be redrawn

12. Total prize pool valued up to $20,000.
13. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury
as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may
(where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
14. If necessary and the prize is not collected by 30th September 2018, a second chance draw will be held on 1/10/18 at the same place as
the other draws in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Second chance draw winners will be notified by telephone, email or mail. The
winner has two (2) business days to collect and it is the responsibility of the winner to organise pick up or delivery of prizes.
15. The winners will have until 30th September 2018 to collect their prize and are responsible for pick up or delivery of prizes.
16. The winners are responsible for any additional fees and taxes.
17. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal value, subject
to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant
to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter
reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an
unfair advantage or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited
period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products

20. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or

23. All prizes are subject to availability. The winner of an experience voucher, at any time during the validity period, can make a booking, they
also have the ability to make an exchange. If exchanged, you will receive credit on your RedBalloon account which you can then use
towards any other experience or product on our website.
24. Any additional costs will be incurred by the experiences will be solely covered by the winner.
