Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter:
Tyrepower Marketing (Region A) Limited (ABN 89 006 180 427). Address is 856-860 Doncaster Road, Doncaster East, VIC 3109
2. Entry Restrictions:
The Ultimate Footy Experience competition is open only to Victorian, South Australian, Tasmanian & Northern Territory residents aged 18 or over except directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter, or of the agencies or companies or Stores associated with this competition. Entry is only available to the registered owner of the vehicle and does not include fleet companies, government agencies or leasing agencies. There is no travel or accommodation included in the prize.
3. Competition Period:
The competition commences on 13th June 2018 and closes on 12th August 2018. Entries received after this time will not entitle the customer entry into the competition. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
4. Entry Method:
There is one major prize to this competition:
A Major Prize Draw element
During the Competition Period, entrants must purchase any 4 tyres in any one transaction from any participating Tyrepower outlets in Victoria, South Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania to go into the draw to win.
To enter the competition, go to
www.tyrepowervip.com.au and enter your details and your Tyrepower invoice number. To be valid, all details on the entry form must be completed. Please ensure your invoice is kept for validation purposes.

5. Major Prize Draw Details:
The prize draw will take place at Tyrepower Marketing (Region A) Limited Head Office: 856-860 Doncaster Road, Doncaster East, VIC 3109 on Monday 13th August 2018.
The draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries are electronically collated in a database across the entire promotional period. The winning entry will be the first correct entry drawn from that database to win the major prize.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken in cash except as provide in these terms and conditions.
6. Prize Details:
Major Prize
The Major Prize is, The Ultimate Footy Experience (Thanks to Tyrepower and the Port Adelaide Football Club) and has a total value of $4,950.00 + gst.
Prize Details include:
Catered Corporate Box for 10 people for Round 23 - $1,200 + catering of $1,000 = $2,200
Coin toss at Round 23 - $0
Junior Mascot (banner run through) Round 23 - $0
Signed PAFC 2018 Sherrin Football - $700
Signed PAFC 2018 Guernsey - $1,250
2019 PAFC Membership x 2 - $600
PAFC Merchandise pack - scarf, cap etc. - $200
Club room access x 2 after the game Round 23 - $0
TOTAL $4,950.00+ gst
Once the Major Prize winner has been verified by the Promoter, the winner will receive the Major Prize at a Tyrepower store nominated by the Promoter or via registered post to their address as stated in the entry. The game day experience will be at Adelaide Oval, South Australia on Round 23, 2018 (Port Adelaide v Essendon) and is not transferrable. The date of the game will be that as released by the Australian Football League.
7. Prize Pool
The overall total prize pool is valued at $4,950.00 (ex gst).
8. Code Requirements:
Entrants must retain their original itemised receipt/s to verify each entry. The promoter will verify the validity of entry and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
9. Winner/s Notification & Publication:
The Major Prize winner will be notified by phone and in writing within two days of the Major Prize Draw and will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the
www.tyrepowervip.com.au Website on 13/08/18 for a period of 28 days.
10. Entry Conditions:
All entries will become the property of the promoter. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any of the prizes offered or as a result of accepting the prizes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Entrants will have deemed to accept all terms & conditions of entry. Personal information of customers may be used for the purposes of promoting and marketing products and service at a later date.
11. Privacy Notice:
This competition may require you to provide information about yourself if you choose to enter. If you provide information about yourself to Tyrepower Marketing (Region A) Ltd, the Tyrepower Marketing (Region A) Ltd company may supply your information to contractors or to inform you of other products, services and events. Unless you tell Tyrepower Marketing (Region A) Ltd not to, Tyrepower Marketing (Region A) Ltd may give your information to other organisations that may use it to inform you about products, services or events or to give to other organisations that may use it for this purpose.
