Competition and Promoter
1. The promoter is the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust of Level 2 Sheridan Building,
Moore Park Road, Moore Park NSW 2021 Australia.
2. The name of the competition is ‘Win four golden seats to Waratahs v Sunwolves game’
Who may enter
3. Entry to the competition is open to all members of the general public in Australia.
How to Enter
4. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the
competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. Entry to the competition is free.
6. Multiple entries is permitted per person, are acceptable.
7. Competition Period
a. The competition period commences at 1200 Australian Eastern Standard Time
(AEST) on 23 June 2018 and closes at 1200 Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEDT)
on 4 July 2018. Entries not received during the competition period or not completed
in accordance with these Conditions of Entry will not be eligible to win. The winner
will be selected by random computer selection from all correctly registered entrants.
Prize and notification
8. The competition winner will be chosen by random computer selection from all correctly
registered entrants at the offices of the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust of Level 2
Sheridan Building, Moore Park Road, Moore Park NSW 2021 Australia.
9. There will be one prize winner.
10. The winning entrant will receive the ‘prize’ consisting of
a. Four tickets to the Waratahs v Sunwolves game on Saturday July 7, 2018
b. Merchandise Pack
c. F&B Voucher (Total value at $80)
11. The prize winner will be notified by email and mobile on Wednesday, July 4 2018.
12. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The promoter
accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The promoter will not be
responsible if the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the
promoters control. In the event of any cancellation, unavailability of the prize, the promoter
will endeavour, but is not obliged to, provide a suitable prize of the equivalent value.
13. The promoter will not be responsible to cover any travel or accommodation costs associated
with the prize.
14. An unclaimed prize is defined as a prize that remains unclaimed by the prize winner for a
period of one day after the date on which the Sydney Cricket & Sports Ground Trust can redraw
and select a new winner.
Release and indemnity
15. To the full extent permitted by law, the promoter and its associated companies and agencies
and any of their personnel exclude all liability for any loss (including damage, claim, injury,
cost or expense) whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including by not limited to,
direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of opportunity revenue or
profit) airing directly or indirectly out of it in connection with this promotion.
Limitation of Liability
16. The promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any
of the equipment or programs associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any
technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of the competition. The
promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect,
delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to or alternation of entries.
Privacy
17. All entries remain the property of The Promoter and may be entered into a database for
future marketing or promotional activities. By entering the competition, in the event that
they are the winner, consent to the publishing of their names and suburb of residence on
the mobile app, websites
www.allianzstadium.com.au and Allianz Facebook, Twitter and
Instagram. Acceptance of the prize by the winner constitutes permission for the promoter
to use the Winner’s name, suburb of residence, recording of the winner and guests at the
prize for future advertising and promotional purposes without consent, unless otherwise
prohibited by law.
18. The promoter is collecting your personal information as set out in the competition entry
form to process your competition entries. The promoter may share your information with
other persons or entities that assist in the running of this competition. You can gain access
to your personal information by contacting the privacy officer at 02 9360 6601. The
promoter privacy policy is available at
www.allianzstadium.com.au. The promoter for
publicity purposes may use the name and if applicable, the image and / or logo of the
winning company and persons accompanying the winner.
General
19. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, technical failures or any other causes beyond
the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the fairness or integrity or proper
conduct of the competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel,
modify, terminate or suspend the competition.
20. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify a Winner if the Winner has breached any of the
Terms and Conditions or their entry is misleading.
21. The promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for:
a) Tampering with the entry process, including exceeding any limitation of the number of
entries, or any other process as determined by the Promoter that in any way affects the
fairness of the promotion or the mobile application or the promoter or competition;
b) Acting in violation of the Terms and Conditions
