3. Foscam reserves the right to disqualify any Participants and/or revoke or forfeit any prizes at any stage of the contest with or without a prior notice at its sole discretion if:-

c. If the winner cannot be approached on mobile number or email and no revert from the winner is received within seven (7) days after first attempted notification, Foscam may, at its sole discretion, give the winning prize to the next declared winner and the original winner's entitlement to the prize will not be entertained.
