1.Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3.The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd ABN 18 005 968 310 located at 250 Camberwell Road, Camberwell VIC 3124 (Promoter).
4.This promotion is open to all Australian residents who are valid Priceline Sister Club members and over the age of 18 years. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian to enter, and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
5.The competition commences on 5 July 2018 at 7:00am (AEST) and concludes on 30 July 2018 at 11:59pm (AEST) (Promotional Period).
A qualifying purchase excludes gift cards or scheduled medications (Pharmacy Medicine, Pharmacist Only Medicine and Prescription Only Medicine). A Qualifying Purchase may include Participating Partner Brands’ products and non-Partner Branded products, provided that the total transaction amount is at least $49 or more and includes at least one product from the specified Participating Partner Brands.
The entrant must retain an original copy of their purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date at the time of entry.
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
(a) Only one entry permitted per transaction;
(b) Only one entry permitted per week; and
(b) Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
(c) If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law and in its sole discretion, to validate the identity of the entrant.
Winning Determination
The winning entries for the Major and Minor Prizes will be drawn at random at the offices of The Red Pill Advertising Pty Ltd ABN 24 537 335 152 located at 58 Irving Road, Toorak VIC 3142 at 10:00am (AEST) on 2 August 2018.
The winners will be notified via email and phone on 2 August 2018 and their names will be published on
www.priceline.com.au the day after the draw. The name of the Major Prize winner will also be published in The Australian on 9 August 2018.
If neither a phone number or email address of the winner are supplied or they are incorrect, then the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
If the Major Prize is not claimed by 10:00am (AEST) on 2 November 2018 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at 11:00am (AEST) on 2 November 2018 at the same location as the original judging as are necessary to distribute the prize. The Minor Prizes will be awarded automatically once drawn, and no re-draw will be undertaken.
11.If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 2 December 2018 the prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The total prize value for this promotion is valued at up to $5,000.
Major Prize
The first valid entry drawn will win a Major Prize of a VIP shopping spree experience, inclusive of:

Minor Prizes
