Instructions and information on how to enter this promotion form part of the terms and conditions.
Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The promotion period commences at 9am on Monday 2 July 2018 (all references to time are to
AEST) and concludes at 11.59pm on Tuesday 31 July 2018 (“Promotional Period”).
Entrants must be 18 or over to participate in this promotion and not excluded from Wrest Point or
Country Club Tasmania during the Promotional Period.
How to Enter
Simply make a selected purchase from any participating outlet or visit Wrest Point or Country Club
as a current Member of the rewards program at Wrest Point or Country Club to register for a free
entry form. There is no limit on number of entries. Place the fully completed entry form in any of the
entry boxes located around Wrest Point or Country Club. Only fully completed entry forms are valid.

a) Members simply visit a Gold Centre to print their free daily entry (maximum of one free
entry daily).
What Can I Win?
The prize will be awarded as the winner’s choice of a $10,000 travel voucher from Launceston travel
& Cruise Centre or $7,000 cash (to be paid as a cheque).
Draw Details
The prize draw will be held at 3pm on Wednesday 1 August 2018 at Country Club with one (1) entry
drawn from the barrel.
All entry tickets must be entered into the appropriate entry barrels before 11.59pm on Tuesday 31
July 2018 to be eligible to win the prize.
Only fully completed entry forms are valid.
Should the prize winner not be present at the time of the draw they will be notified by telephone by
a Country Club Tasmania employee. Country Club Tasmania will make every reasonable endeavour
to contact the winner.
The winner will also be sent an email to the email address registered on the entry form within five
(5) days of the draw advising them that they have won the prize and how to collect it. Should the
prize not be claimed within 60 days of the draw then it will be considered forfeited and no future
claim can be made for the prize.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is Tasmanian Country Club Casino Pty Ltd, ABN 25 009 516 189, Country Club
Avenue, Prospect Vale, TAS, 7250.
2. Employees, successors, and assignees of the Promoter and its advertising agencies in this
Promotion, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any
prize covered herein. The parties acknowledge that prizes will not be payable to Promotion
contestants who are in violation of this provision.
3. Names and likenesses of all prize winner(s) may be used by the Promoter and Promoter’s
designee(s) for any and all promotional purposes without further permission or
compensation.
4. Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize(s) won and must
authorise the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize(S) to the extent required by law.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an entry or disqualify
any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who
tampers with the entry process. The decision to verify, validate or disqualify any entry is in
the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
6. In all events the Promoter will endeavour to supply the above prize(s), but this is subject to
availability.
7. The Promoter’s decision will be final, no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The total available prize pool is a $10,000 voucher from Launceston Travel & Cruise Centre
or $7,000 cash (to be paid as a cheque).
9. Prizes are not transferable or negotiable.
10. The information on ‘How to Enter’ forms part of these terms and conditions.
11. Acceptance of entry into this Promotion constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or
sustained in relation to the Promotion or a Prize except for any liability, which cannot be
excluded by law.
13. If the Promoter is presented from or delayed in performing an obligation by an event
beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which occurs without the fault or negligence
of the Promoter, then the obligation is suspended during, but for no longer than the event
continues and any further period that is reasonable in the circumstances.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to delay or modify any aspect of this Promotion for any
reason if it is not capable of running as planned (including without limitation, by reason of
tampering, fraud, technical failures, power failures or due to any other causes unforeseen or
beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which may affect the administration,
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion) but only to the extend
necessary to overcome the issue that is affecting the running of the Promotion as planned.
