Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entries are open to Australian residents only.
All entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the entrant entering this promotion.
Employees of the promoter and their immediate families, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.

Consumer Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 12/06/2018 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31/08/2018 (“Promotional Period”).
To be eligible to enter, entrants must complete all of the following steps:
Entrants must purchase any Cabbage Patch Kids product at a BIG W store, via Big W Pick Up or Big W Online Delivery Orders during the Promotional Period;
Entrants must go to www.cabbagepatchkids.com.au/win and fill out the entry form including uploading proof of purchase during the Promotional Period.
Only Cabbage Patch Kids purchased at BIG W will be eligible to enter. If a Cabbage Patch Kids product is purchased during the Promotional Period from another Retailer in Australia, the entry is not valid for this Consumer Promotion.
Entrants can enter multiple times as long as all requirements are met. Only one entry permitted for each Cabbage Patch Kids product purchased in a BIG W store during the Promotional Period.
The winner is the entrant’s details who are specified on the entry form.
Any incorrect information provided on the entry form may make the entry void at full discretion of the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any entries (and entrants who submit or cause those entries to be submitted) which it reasonably suspects have been submitted: (a) using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information; (b) through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts; (c) cannot provide proof of purchase of Cabbage Patch Kids product; and/or (d) in any way in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Proof of Purchase is to be provided to the Promoter. If the Entrant cannot supply the Proof of Purchase, the Promoter has full discretion to make the entry void.
The draw will take place on the Friday 14th September (14/09/2018)at Big Balloon Head Office at 4/30 Cubitt Street, Richmond VIC 3121 Australia. If the day of the winner selection falls on a public holiday, the drawing will take place on the next business day. The prize winner will be notified via the contact details provided on the entry form by the entrant within 5 days of the draw to organise the claiming of their prize.
The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into
This promotion is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
The prize pool consists of 1 x Major Prize with a value of AUD$4,500
The Grand Prize is a Custom Made One of a Kind 14” Cabbage Patch Kid that looks like the winner.
Once the winner is notified, they will need to provide photos of who they would like the doll to look like. If the correct photos required are not received, the Custom Made Cabbage Patch Kid will not be produced.
The Custom Made Cabbage Patch Kid will take 4 weeks from approval to be produced and then be shipped from overseas. Shipping time is not estimated.
Once the Grand Prize is delivered to the winner, the winner may be asked to provide a photo of the Custom Cabbage Patch Kid with the person who looks like the doll. This will be shared on social media platforms unless otherwise stated from the winner.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Consumer Promotion is final and binding on each person who enters.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The entries may be shared by the Big Balloon Australia and/or BIG W social media channels including but not limited to Facebook and/or Instagram. The winner can put in writing to Big Balloon if they do not wish their details to be published on the Big Balloon Australia or BIG W social media channels.
Neither the Promoter nor Woolworths Group Limited trading as BIG W shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prizes.
Any change in value occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
Any prize that remains unclaimed for more than 31 days will be forfeited.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
