Members must play the gaming machines or purchase from any of our tills between specific dates to earn tickets into the draws.

ENTRY METHOD:
Week 1 – 5 Virtual Max-E-Draw barrel. This promotion is open to members only. Members win entries into the draw each time they use their card and spend $10 when they use their card to purchase any food or beverages or have a gaming session turnover of over $10 at Yaralla Sports Club. The more times they come in the more entries they will win. Members can check how many entries they have at the kiosk, on the vectors or by asking a staff member.
On the Saturday before the draws, members will receive a SMS reminding them of how many entries they have. To put their entries into the virtual barrel the member must come into the club on the afternoon of the draw and swipe their card at the kiosk, or insert their card into the gaming machines before the first draw. Once their card has been swiped or inserted all their tickets will automatically go into the virtual barrel ready for the draw.
Once the promotions assistant has hit ‘draw’ the Max-E-Draw barrel will appear on all of the gaming machine vector units and gaming TV where the winners name will be displayed. The promotions assistant will also announce the winners name over the microphone. The winner will have 2 minutes to present themselves to the promotions assistant with the appropriate ID to claim their prize, after 2 minutes the promotions assistant will redraw until a winner is present.
Entries will be cleared from the virtual barrel every week; the member must come in each Saturday and swipe to put their entries into the draw for that particular night.
Week 6 Manual barrel. The final draw on 1st September will be a manual barrel draw. The 100 “Tickets to Ride” are to be put into the barrel provided. The barrel will be spun and a winner will be drawn out by the promotions assistant. The winner of this draw must be present and has 2 minutes to present themselves with their membership card to the promotions assistant. We will continue drawing until a winner is present.
DRAW DAYS/TIME/PRIZES:
Members must be here for the draw on Saturday nights on the dates stated above, the draws will commence at 7:30pm. Members must be present at the draw to be eligible; we will draw names until a finalist is present.
Weekly draws: 20 x Tickets – Finalists entries to be brought back on 1st September.

WHO CAN ENTER
Only Members of Yaralla Sports Club are eligible to win the members draws.
Employees, successors, and assignees of Yaralla Sports Club Inc., its advertising agencies in this promotion, as family and household members of the same, as well as anyone less than 18 years of age, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. The parties acknowledge that S&EP is not liable for reimbursement of any prizes otherwise payable to promotion contestants who are in violation of this provision.
NO LIABILITY
Yaralla Sports Club Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Yaralla Sports Club Inc. excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss or damage whether indirect or consequential arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction whether or not under Yaralla Sports Club Inc.’s control;
Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
Any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
The broadcast of any program relating to the promotion or the publication of any material, including statements made by any staff member, journalist or any other person.
Once prizes have left Yaralla Sports Club Inc. premises, Yaralla Sports Club Inc. takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
Yaralla Sports Club Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Yaralla Sports Club Inc. has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Yaralla Sports Club Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the prize, or any part of the promotion, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Yaralla Sports Club Inc.’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Yaralla Sports Club Inc. in its sole discretion.
Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by S&EP, Client and Client’s designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Client or the promotion winner(s).
