AHG Rockingham’s ‘WIN a Family Trip to Disneyland California’ Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this document ('Terms and
Conditions'). Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promotion will commence at 8am Western Australian Standard Time (‘WST’) Monday 2nd July 2018 and will close at 6pm
WST Friday 31st August 2018 ('Promotion Period').The promotion is valid only at the Promoters’ dealerships, being Rockingham
Mitsubishi and Rockingham Kia, Rockingham Hyundai and Rockingham Suzuki and Challenger Ford Rockingham (‘AHG
Rockingham).
3. Entry is available to Eligible Participants aged 18 years or over that are residents of Western Australia only. Employees of the
Promoters, the Promoters’ associated companies, the Promoters’ agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate
families are ineligible to enter.
4. An Eligible Participant is a customer of an AHG Rockingham dealership who:
a. purchases, pays in full and takes delivery of a new or used vehicle from an AHG Rockingham dealership during the
Promotion Period; or
b. books, completes and pays in full for a vehicle service at an AHG Rockingham dealership during the Promotional
Period. Complimentary first service, warranty repairs and recall repairs are not eligible to obtain an entry.
5. Eligible Participants are entitled to the following number of entries:
a. an Eligible Participant who purchases and pays in full for a new or used vehicle from an AHG Rockingham dealership
during the Promotion Period, and takes delivery of vehicle on or prior to 6 September 2018: 3 entries
b. an Eligible Participant who finances a vehicle referred to in clause 6(a) at the time of vehicle purchase: one entry;
c. an Eligible Participant who fits the vehicle referred to in clause 6(a) with at least $500 of Aftercare products at the time
of vehicle purchase: one entry
d. an Eligible Participant who completes and pays for a vehicle service at an AHG Rock

13. The Prize is to be redeemed directly through and booked with Flight Centre Subiaco (“the Travel Agent”). The Prize must be
wholly redeemed in one transaction, in one booking for one trip. Any amounts not redeemed will be forfeit.
14. The Prize will be valid for 12 months from the date of the prize draw. Travel must be booked and completed within this time.
15. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the AHG Privacy Policy which can
be accessed by visiting
www.ahg.com.au. The policy contains information about how we handle your personal information, how
you can contact us to access or correct it, how to make a complaint if you feel that we have not handled your personal information
correctly and how we deal with complaints.
16. The Promoters will collect your name and contact details in order to include you in and administer this promotion, and may
contact participants for the purpose of this promotion. Entry constitutes entrants’ consent to any personal information that they
provide to be used by the AHG Rockingham Dealerships for customer database and marketing offers. Your personal information
will only be disclosed to the promoter and its related corporate bodies for these purposes. AHG Rockingham marketing and
promotional offers are developed in line with your needs but should you not wish to receive this information, please email
“Unsubscribe” and your vehicle registration to
AHG_Marketing_WA_SouthHub@ahg.com.au17. The Prize cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash. No responsibility is taken for lost, damaged or stolen
vouchers.
18. The Winner (and their travel companions) are responsible for all other costs and expenses not listed above, including but not
limited to spending money, meals, drinks, transfers, laundry charges, activities, incidentals, taxes (including departure taxes),
energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, immunisations, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs.
Travel insurance is not part of the prize and should be arranged by the Winner. Travel insurance is highly recommended to
protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Children must be accompanied by a
parent or legal guardian.
19. The use of the Prize is subject to all Flight Centre booking conditions and Terms and Conditions of Flight Centre Travel Group
Gift Cards which are available upon request. All terms and conditions of travel, including travel validity and changes outlined by
the travel agency, accommodation provider, activity provider, airline fare rules & charges for the applicable class of travel booked
apply. Bookings must be made a minimum of 28 days in advance and black out periods may apply.
20. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
21. The Winner is solely responsible to ensure that ensure that they meet all health and immigration requirements for the intended
destination and have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of
immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a
result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the travellers. The
Promoters accept no liability for the Winner’s being unable to take or use the Prize for its preferred, or any, destination, and will
not provide a prize in lieu in the event that the Winner is unable to travel for any reason.
22. Automotive Holdings Group and the Promoters make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist
at any destination and the Winner agrees that it places no reliance on the Promoters or their agents in deciding whether to travel.
International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the web site of
the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
23. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by unauthorised intervention, fraud,
technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to the full extent permitted by law, (a)
disqualify any entrant or invalidated any entry; or (b) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
24. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s entry box. The promoter reserves the right to disallow
entries in its absolute discretion. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not
responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information being provided or for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
25. Entry into the promotion is deemed as approval to use the winner’s name(s) and photograph(s) for publicity purposes. Entrants
consent to the Promoter using their name, likeliness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph,
film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this
promotion (including the outcome), and promoting any products and/or services supplied by the promoter. The Winner must
agree to make themselves available for publicity purposes at a time to be specified without charge.

26. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoters (including their respective officers, employees and agents)
exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss, cost, expense or damage (including loss of
opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of or connected with this promotion, the
promotion of this promotion, or the use of the Prize or the Travel Package, including without limitation: (a) any technical difficulties
or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party
interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the
promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to the stated in these
terms and conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize by the winner or companion,
including without limitation any injury, loss or damage occurring during or as a result of travel. It is a condition of taking the Prize
that the Winner and travel companions will execute a deed of release and indemnity prior to taking the Prize if required by the
Promoter in its sole and unfettered discretion, the terms of which are available upon request. Nothing in these terms and
conditions limits excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under
the Australian Consumer Law, as well as any similar consumer protection laws in Australia.
27. An Eligible Participant must contact the Travel Agent directly in respect of any product defects or other issues that arise in respect
of the Travel Package or Flight Centre travel voucher.
28. The Promoter’s decision and the result of the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters
reserves the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
