The Veronika Maine Survey Competition
^The ‘Veronika Maine Survey” competition consists of 5 x $500 AUD Veronika Maine Gift Card and is available to any customer who completes an online survey during the promotion period. To enter, you must complete the ‘online survey’ via the link provided by Cue Design Pty Ltd. This promotion opens on Monday, 16th July 2018 and ends on Sunday, 29th July at 11.59pm AEDT. One survey completion per entrant. Survey completion made outside the promotional period will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid. This competition is a game of chance and the winner will be selected by random at 10.00am on Monday, 30th July 2018 at the Cue Design Pty Ltd . Level 7, 50 Holt Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia and will be notified by email and/or phone. Each winner has up to three months to claim their prize. Winners may be announced across social media, website or in the Veronika Maine emails. Any unclaimed prize will be entered into a redraw which will be held by the promoter Cue Clothing Co. at Level 7, 50 Holt Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia, on Tuesday 30th October 2018 at 10.00am AEDT. The Company’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered. Participation by each entrant is deemed to be in acceptance of these promotional terms and conditions. Entries from employees of the company and immediate families of such employees will not be accepted. The total prize value is $2,500 is valued in AUD and is redeemable in Australian Veronika Maine stores or Veronika Maine online. Due to the higher cost of managing International orders, the displayed product price includes a built in cost component of 10% for deliveries made outside of Australia. The displayed price on the product information page is inclusive of this cost, and is (Australian) GST exclusive. We endeavour to ensure that our pricing is accurate and current. Our prices are detailed within the individual product listings and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.
Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
Product Orders
We endeavour to ensure that our product listings are current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Our prices are detailed within the individual product listings and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase in accordance with our shipping policy.
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
We undertake to accept or reject your order immediately after placing such order, however in some circumstances this may take two (2) business days to process. If we have not responded to you within two (2) business days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that information provided to us appears to be incorrect or payment method has been declined. You will be advised if an item is out of stock.
Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.
Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Please refer to our deliveries section for further information. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set under payments information.
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.
Order Cancellation Due To Error
Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.
