Entry is only open to SA residents who are 18 years and over.
How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) Spend $25 or more on any Nepenthe 750ml wines (“Participating Product Packs”) in one (1) transaction
(“Qualifying Transaction”) from any Sip n’ Save store within Australia ("Participating Venues"); and then
b) visit
www.sipnsave.com.au/Nepenthe-weekend, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully
complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth,
email address, phone number, mobile number, full address and state of residence) and the answer to the
promotional question: "In 25 words or less, tell us what is your favourite Nepenthe wine and why".
Proof of purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is an original
receipt for the Qualifying Transaction.
The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every entry.
Entries
permitted:
Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
a) limit one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Participating Product
Packs in excess of one (1) purchased within the transaction);
b) limit one (1) entry permitted per person each day; and
c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions.
By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.

The prize is Nepenthe Luxury Weekend Escape for four (4) adults and includes the
following:
1 nights’ accommodation for 4 People (2 Rooms) at Mt Lofty House.
Lunch for 4 people at Stirling Hotel to the value of $300 plus selected Nepenthe
wines;
Dinner for 4 people at Mt Lofty House to the value of $400;
VIP Nepenthe Cellar Door Experience and Master Class with Nepenthe Winemaker James Evers;
Chauffeur driven return transfers from Mt Lofty House to Nepenthe Cellar Door
and Stirling Hotel. Pick up time is 10AM, returning at 4PM.

Prize
Conditions:
No part of the prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable.
Prize must be taken by 30/06/2019 and is subject to the availability of accommodation at Mt Lofty House and
Nepenthe Winemaker James Evers. If the winner is unwilling or unable to attend at the aforementioned
designated time required for travel, they forfeit the prize in whole and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute
the prize.
The prize requires the winner to contact the Promoter in order to book travel.
The winner and their guests must make their own way to Mt Lofty House and travel together. Travel itinerary will
be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Spending money, meals, taxes, travel insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a
personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description
specified herein, are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to present
their credit card at check in. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service
providers.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not,
once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize
(or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
The winner’s guests for the trip prize must also be 18 years or over.

notification:
The winner will be contacted by email or phone within seven (7) days of the judging.
Unclaimed
Prizes:
In the event of an unclaimed prize, the Promoter may at its discretion assign the prize to the entry judged the
next best entry, conduct a further judging to award the prize, or withdraw the prize unawarded. The Promoter is
under no obligation to award any unclaimed prize.
