Entry Restrictions Entrants must:

Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been determined as a Finalist, they must not continue to
attempt to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period:
1. Visit the Website, register their details and answer in twenty five (25) words or less the question specified by the
Promoter at the point of entry.
2. On Contesting Days, the Promoter will judge entries in accordance with the Judging Details to determine
Contestant(s), who the Promoter will call back to participate on air in a Contesting Segment:
3. The Contestant will be asked Japan related question/s by the promoter. If they correctly answer the question/s, they
will be determined as a Finalist.
4. At the end of the Contesting Period, the Promoter will judge all Finalist entries based on both their online entry and
their on air participation to determine one (1) Major Prize winner.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality, suitability, or as otherwise specified. Where
entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s) the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer and there may be a time
factor applied.

winner. Any unused value in the package after the booking is

Travel must take place on the dates and at the times specified by the Promoter.
Winners must supply the Promoter with all information as requested by the Promoter as necessary to book travel for them and
their travel companion by no later than 5pm on 15 Aug 2018. If a winner fails to supply all required information by this time, the
winner forfeits their prize, and the Promoter will select another winner accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Details below.
Winners and their travel companions are responsible for obtaining all necessary visa(s) and/or travel authorisation(s) to travel
to Japan.
The Prize may require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter or by the Prize Provider. The Prize is subject to
booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated
with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including spending money, passport and visa costs,
additional transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the
winner. Unless otherwise specified, the winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using
the same air carrier. The winner and any travelling companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel
insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any alterations or extensions
to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of
the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as relevant). The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or
rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any travelling companion(s)
(including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as relevant).
The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any travelling companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate
immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter makes no representations about the travel
destination or government travel warnings to any overseas destination.
If a Prize includes participation by a winner's companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or
conditions specified by the Promoter, e.g. age restrictions, etc.
Notification of

Winner/s will be notified by phone at the time of/immediately after winning and in writing within 2 working days of being
determined.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize.

Arrangements
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method outlined in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details.
