1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia 16 years of age and older in Australia where the Channel Seven and its affiliated networks (“Affiliates”) signals are received. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian permission to enter.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Ansible Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Monday 13 August 2018 at 19:30 AEST and concludes on Monday
13 August 2018 at 23:59 AEST (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must watch ‘Dance Boss’ on the Seven Network and affiliates, when a
Competition segment will be aired inviting viewers to enter.
3.3 In order to enter, entrants must:
a) send a text message/SMS explaining in ten (10) words or less how they would spend $100,000 along with their full name and state to 1977 1717 (Charge $0.55 per SMS – Ansible Pty Ltd Helpline 1300 851 419)
3.4 Entrants may enter as many times as they like, however each individual entry must be unique.
3.5 Entries must be received by Monday 13 August 2018 at 23:59 AEST. The time of entry will in each
case be the time the SMS message is received by the Ansible Pty Ltd database.
3.6 This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the Winner. Each entry will be individually
judged based on its literary and creative merit of the answer to the question provided. The judges’ decision will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
3.7 Each entry must be charged to a mobile account and SMS entries via the internet, computer generation or “scripting” are invalid and will not be accepted.
3.8 SMS entrants will receive a reply message to their entry.
3.9 The entry cost for viewers in all states is $0.55 (including GST) per SMS (160 characters including
spaces). Should an entrant’s SMS answer exceed 160 characters, an additional $0.55 for each SMS of 160 characters will be charged in order to deliver the entry. Ansible Pty Ltd SMS Helpline 1300 851 419.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be One (1) Winner who will receive the prize package detailed in clause 4.2

The Winner will receive the following prize package:
1 x cheque in the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) made payable to the Winner
Total maximum prize pool value for the prize is $100,000.00. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.3 In accepting the prize package, the Winner must agree to the following conditions:
a) The Promoter will award the Winner $100,000.00 in the form of a cheque (by registered post)
with 28 days of being confirmed as the Winner.
b) The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize cheque if the cheque remains unpresented
within 60 days of receipt.
4.4 In the event the Winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the entrant’s
parent/guardian on their behalf.
4.5 In accepting the prize the Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media
editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the Winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.6 The Winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
4.7 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the Promoter’s requirements.
4.8 In the event that an element of the prize outlined in the above is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value. If the Winner forfeits a specified element, no alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the prize.
4.9 The prize is not transferrable or exchangeable, unless as stipulated in clause 4.4.
4.10 Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting
the prize.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be One (1) Winner judged from the national pool of SMS entrants. Each entrant who has
entered the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions during the Competition Period using a mobile phone with a reply path and whose SMS message has passed through the telecommunications carriers network to Ansible Pty Ltd database by Monday 13 August 2018 at 23:59 AEST (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into judging. Entries that do not comply with any of the terms and conditions, may be deemed invalid and further judging will be conducted in its place. The judging will take place at The Promoter’s office at 38-42 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont NSW 2009 on Tuesday 14 August 2018 from 14:00 AEST.
5.2 The Winner will be notified by a phone call from the Promoter within two business days of the judging, and a letter advising the Winner of their prize will also be express posted.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.4 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a Winner being notified or a Winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the Winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, additional judging will be conducted.
5.5 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
5.6 In the event the original Winner does not claim their prize by 09:00 AEDT on Monday 19 September 2018, the judging panel will award the prize to the next entry that is judged as the next most creative and original entry from all entries received. This determination will take place at the Promoter’s office at 38-42 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont, NSW 2009 on Monday 19 September 2018 from 10:00 AEST. The Winner will be notified by a phone call within two business days of judging, and a letter advising the Winner of their prize will also be express posted.
