City Electric Supply Terms And Conditions
1. The promoter is: City Electric Supply Pty Ltd whose registered office is at Unit 2 / 4 Bonnal Road, Erina NSW 2250.
2. Employees of City Electric Supply Pty Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not
be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. Directions for competition entry are found on the post itself.
5. Closing date for entry is 23:59 on 9th September 2018. After this date no further entries to the competition will be considered.
6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. Any comments that are deemed offensive will be removed.
8. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows: Entrants must reside in Australia; Entrants must be a
permanent resident of Australia; Entrants must be over the age of 18 years.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a
catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any

13. One winner will be selected from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The winner will be chosen by
City Electric Supply Pty Ltd based on the best comment submitted on the Facebook post. The winner will be announced on Monday
10th September 2018.
14. The winner will be notified by email and/or direct message on Facebook within 48 hours of the closing date. The winner must
provide a postal address to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of being
notified by the promoter, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and the promoter shall be entitled to
select a replacement winner in accordance with the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in
breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and the promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
15. The promoter will notify the winner how the prize can be obtained.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
