To enter this competition, entrants must be an Australian resident aged 18 or over able to take the prize in Sydney from 29/09 to 01/10/2018.
Entries WILL NOT be accepted from directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies or participating outlet(s) connected with this competition.
Immediate families means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Entry Process
This competition will run in all Australian states and territories.

This competition will run in the Relevant States in all Dan Murphy’s liquor outlets.
Specially marked 30 pack cans of Victoria Bitter and specially marked 24 pack cans of Mercury Hard Cider.
To enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period:
a) purchase a Participating Product (Eligible Purchase) from an Outlet and keep the purchase receipt;
b) open the pack to see if it contains a Golden (coloured) Keg Can;
c) if the pack contains a Golden Keg Can, go to the Website and follow the links to the entry form; and
d) fill out and submit the entry form including the code printed on the Golden Keg Can (and any other details required) to enter the draw and to receive one adult double pass to a 2019 NRL Season game of their choice.
Purchases of Participating Products made online will be accepted.
Any Golden Keg Cans found after the Competition Period has ended will not be entered into the draw.
Multiple entries are permitted, however each entry must be based on a separate Eligible Purchase, a separate Golden Keg Can and a separate entry form, and must be submitted separately in line with the Entry Process section of the Schedule.
As proof of purchase, entrants must retain their original itemised receipt and their Golden Keg Can. EFTPOS receipts will NOT be accepted. The Promoter may, at any time during or after the Competition Period, request an entrant to provide sufficient proof of purchase to validate any or all of the entrants’ entries (including, but not limited to, requesting an entrant to attend the Promoter’s offices to provide proof of purchase in person). Proof of purchase must show that the Eligible Purchase was made during the Competition Period but prior to entry. Sharing receipts is strictly NOT permitted. If an entrant fails to provide unaltered proof of purchase that is to the Promoter’s satisfaction and in the timeframe specified by the Promoter, the Promoter may (in its absolute discretion) invalidate any or all of the entrants’ entries and that entrant will have no entitlement to receive any prize in this competition.
WINNER DETERMINATION
Winner selected via a Draw
There will be 1 major prize winner selected.
The winner will be selected via an electronic random draw at 12:00pm (AEST) on 21/09/2018 at Prime Focus, Level 1, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra, VIC 3141.
The first valid entry drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period will win the prize.
Additional reserve entries may be drawn and recorded (in order), in the event that an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn or the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize. If an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. This process will continue until a clear winner is determined. If after this process the prize still cannot be awarded, the prize will be dealt with in the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
If no entries are received during the Competition Period as per the Entry Process, no draw will be conducted.
There is 1 major prize to be won.
The major prize is a 10 year NRL Grand Final package, valued at up to $12,000, and includes 2 reserved seats to the NRL Grand Final each year from 2018 to 2027.
In 2018, the major prize includes:
• return economy airfares from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Sydney (flights are not included if the winner resides in New South Wales or within reasonable driving distance from the hotel location, and if so, the winner and their guest are responsible for making their own way to and from the hotel;)
• Sydney airport-hotel transfers (if applicable); and
• 2 nights’ accommodation (twin share) in a minimum four star hotel (of the
Promoter’s choice) in Sydney.
Travel and accommodation are included for the 2018 ONLY.
Entry Prize
Each person who enters the draw as per the Entry Process will receive 2x reserve tickets to one 2019 NRL Season game of their choice, valued at up to $120.
There are up to 210 Entry Prizes to be won, depending on how many cans are found. See Prize Conditions for further prize information and conditions.
The major prize is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the prize supplier/s. Winner must be able to make their own way to and from departing airport and/or location specified (if required). Flights include all airfare taxes. Flights, activities and accommodation are subject to booking and availability.
Travel must be booked and completed to coincide with the 2018 NRL Grand Final in September 2018. The major prize must be taken on dates specified by the Promoter.
All costs associated with the prize that are not expressly stated in the Prize Details, including but not limited to any transfer costs, meals/beverages, additional taxes, insurance, baggage costs, in-room/mini bar charges, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. The winner and their guest must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. Any changes made to travel arrangements after booking will incur costs which must be covered by the winner and their guest, as applicable. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation/s, delay/s or rescheduling that may occur and is not responsible for any associated costs incurred by a winner or their travelling guest. Winner may be required to provide a credit card for accommodation check in purposes. The
Prize Pool
Promoter recommends that prior to taking the trip, the winner and their guest should arrange their own travel insurance (of the highest coverage) for the entire travel period.
The prizes are subject to any additional conditions specified by the Promoter and/or prize supplier(s) including any conditions of entry into the relevant match location (e.g. behaviour requirements and applicable dress codes), any conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer. If a winner or their guest fails to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier/s, the prize may in the Promoter’s sole discretion be cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier/s. Tickets can only be used once and will be deemed invalid if copied. The Promoter does not control entry to the relevant match location/s. The winner/s must keep their tickets safe and the Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.
The total entry prize pool is valued at up to $25,200. The total major prize pool is valued at up to $12,000. The overall total prize pool is valued at up to $37,200.

Notification Details The major prize winner will be contacted by phone and in writing immediately after the draw.

Any winner/s in the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be contacted by phone and in writing immediately after the draw.
