TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The competition is being conducted by Burnside Village Pty Ltd of 447 Portrush Road, Glenside SA 5065 (“Burnside
Village”).
2. Entry is open to all Burnside Village customers. Pfitzner Furniture employees and Burnside Village employees, storeowners,
retailers and their families are ineligible to enter.
3. Any entrant under the age of 18 needs to seek the permission of a parent or legal guardian prior to submitting their
entry.
4. To enter the competition, customers simply need to answer the question ‘How many years have Pfitzner Furniture been
delighting clients with their perfectly matched Stressless comfort chairs?’.
5. Customers may enter as many times as they like. Any form of automatized entry using any devices or software is invalid.
6. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual or
group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to submitting an entry which is not in
accordance with these conditions of entry.
7. All valid entries received during the promotion period will be considered for the major prize
8. The competition commences 9.00am on Monday 13 August 2018 and ends 5pm 2 September 2018
9. The person filling in the entry form (“the participant”):
a. Must complete all other details requested on the Entry Form;
b. An incomplete or illegible or incorrectly answered Entry Form will be held to be ineligible
10. There is no limit to the number of entries any person may submit.
11. Entries must be completed online using the online form by 5pm Sunday 2 September. Late entries will not be accepted.
12. There is only one winner who shall receive the prize value of $2500 which can be applied to any Stressless recliner or
furniture item made or sold by Pfitzner furniturture item made or sold by Pfitzner furniture including Stressless products and new outdoor furniture.
13. Items selected at full recommended retail value, not promotional price. Does not apply to clearance or sale items.
14. The total value of the prize is $2,500
15. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
16. In the event of the winner being under 18 years of age, the prize will be given to their parent or legal guardian on their
behalf.
17. The winner of the prize shall be notified by phone within 14 days of the draw and published on the Pfitzner Furniture and
Burnside Village website.
18. The winner should obtain his/her own advice as to the taxation effect of receiving the prize.
19. The decision as to the winner of the prize is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
20. The winning entry will be chosen at random from the correctly answered eligible entries.
21. By filling out the entry form online the participant consents to having the information on the Entry Form stored, retained
promotional material from Burnside Village or any of its related companies or affiliates.
22. Burnside Village will comply with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1998 (as amended) in relation to the storage, use
and record-keeping of the participant’s personal information it receives on the Entry Form.
23. Burnside Village will not be held accountable by any winner for any expense, loss, damage or injury incurred whilst
collecting any, or all of the prize package, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or
omission or otherwise. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner.
