We may disclose your personal information to our related bodies corporate and service providers, including those located in the USA and Singapore. Terms and Conditions
This Promotion runs from 9:00am AEST on Thursday 16 August 2018 to 5.00pm AEST on Sunday 16 September 2018 (the Promotion Period) or when all the game cards are distributed (whatever comes first) and is run by the Operator and promoted by the Promoter on behalf of the Shopping Centres. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
To enter Chance 1 for the chance to win the Major Prize, Entrants must during the Promotion Period:
make a purchase of any value at a participating retailer within the Shopping Centre. Participating retailers will have an entry form available for you to collect at the point of sale;
fully complete the entry form and provide all requested personal information ( Entry Form); and
place the Entry Form in the in-centre entry barrel to enter the draw to win the Major Prize.
To enter Chance 2 for the chance to win an Instant Prize, Entrants must during the Promotion Period:
make a purchase of any value at a participating retailer which will have an entry form available for you to collect at the point of sale ( Entry Form); and
visit
www.shopwin.com.au and enter their details and the unique code listed on the Entry Form for the chance to win a prize instantly. Winners will receive a notification on-screen informing them if they have won a prize, and a confirmation email will also be sent to the Entrants supplied email address.
Entrants may enter Chance 1 and Chance 2 more than once during the Promotion Period, however each entry requires a separate qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period in order to qualify to collect an entry form.
The Major Prize will be drawn by the Operator on the following date(s): 10am Monday 4 November 2018. The first valid entry randomly selected by the Operator, from all valid entries received, will be the winner of the Major Prize. The winner will be contacted via phone and email.
Instant Prizes are available at
www.shopwin.com.au only and require a unique code for the Entrant to enter and have the chance to win a $50 EFTPOS Gift Card instantly.
By entering the Promotion, the Entrants hereby give the Shopping Centres and the Promoter authority to publicly announce and publish their name (should they be the Winner or Replacement Winner) at the time of a draws and at any stage thereafter.
Instant Prizes will be mailed to the Winners within twenty- eight (28) days of the Winners being notified.
A redraw for the Major Prize, if unclaimed, will take place on Tuesday 4 February 2019 at the same time and place as the original draw by the Operator, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The winner of any redraws, if any, will be notified by email/telephone within two (2) business days of the redraw with instructions on how to claim their prize. Winners name and postcode will be announced and contacted via phone and email on Tuesday 29 January 2019.
General
All entrants who enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period ( Entrants) acknowledge and agree that their entry into the Promotion is subject to, and they must adhere to, these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter from time to time. Entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions are invalid.
Entrants are eligible to win the Prize(s), which are collectively valued at the Prize Pool Total Value. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter reserves its rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person.
The Prizes are supplied by the prize supplier(s) and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the prize supplier. Any warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of a Prize remains the sole responsibility of the supplier of that Prize.
For Chance 1, the first valid Entry Form drawn by the Operator will be deemed to be the winner ( Winner). In order to be valid, an Entry Form must be the original and no copies, facsimiles, forged, illegible, mutilated or tampered entry forms will be accepted. Winning Entry Forms drawn by the Operator must conform to all terms and conditions. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or incomplete entry forms. entry forms which contain incorrect contact details shall be deemed invalid. The Winners do not need to be present at the draw(s) and will be notified by telephone, email or mail. The relevant Shopping Centre management team for the Shopping Centre will arrange a time with the Winners to collect the Prize.
The Promoter and relevant Shopping Centre management team reserve the right to remove any entry form that contains offensive, inappropriate or derogatory material. Any entry forms containing such content shall be deemed invalid.
Any decision made by the Shopping Centre management team at the Shopping Centre in respect of the Promotion and a prize is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the Winner cannot be contacted within the Winner Contact Period following a draw (i.e. attempts to contact the Winner have met with failure), the Winner will no longer be entitled to a Prize and the Promoter may ask the Operator to undertake a re-draw. In such case, the first valid entry form drawn in the re-draw will be entitled to a Prize (Replacement Winner). The Replacement Winner is then the Winner of a Prize for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
If a Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.
Proof of identity will be required to claim a Prize. A Prize must be taken as offered, is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to these terms and conditions.
The Promotion is open to all residents of the state or territory except: employees, contractors, agents of Prize Supplier(s) and Shopping Centre sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families; employees of Vicinity Limited or related body corporate and their immediate families; tenants in the Shopping Centre and their immediate families; the staff of tenants in the Shopping Centre and their immediate families; the contractors of tenaUnnts in the Shopping Centre and their immediate families; the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of the Promotion and their immediate families. Immediate families mean spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) and grandparents. Tenant means lessees, licensees and, in the case of a corporation, includes their directors.
The Promoter, the Shopping Centre owners and their respective related entities, officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage, expense or claim whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to personal injury and indirect or consequential economic loss) as a result of the Promotion or in connection with a Prize.
The Promoter, the Shopping Centre owners and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death suffered in connection with this Promotion or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the Participating Retailers, agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prizes. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion or disqualify affected entries/Entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the relevant state/territory gaming authorities.
