The BMW M2 Competition is at home on any road but with BMW Driving Experience and the freedom to unleash on the racetrack with a team of expert instructors, you will experience the BMW M2 Competition in its natural environment.

EVO & BMW M2 Competition Driving Day Competition Terms & Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry for the BMW M2 Competition Driving Day Competition. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to constitute unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This is a Game of Skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
The Promoter is Motor Media Network Pty Ltd. 26/277 Crown Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 Australia (ABN: 75 161 489 872).
Entry is open to Australian residents only. Directors and employees of the Promoter, BMW Australia Ltd and their immediate families (including spouses and ex-spouses (whether de facto or same sex), parents and step-parents (natural or adopted), children and step children (natural or adopted), siblings or step siblings or any other dependants, aunts or uncles, and nieces or nephews)) and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid, full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence that is not under suspension or cancellation at the time of entry and continuously until the time of participation and use of the prize.
The Promotion commences 6:00am (EST) on Monday 6 August 2018 and concludes 23:00pm (EST) on Monday 15 October 2018.

Limit of one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant.
Entries will be individually judged based on originality and creative merit. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Judging will take place from 10:00am EST on 17TH October 2018 at 26/277 Crown Street, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010. Winners as selected by the Judges and will be notified by telephone and email. The Judges reserve the right to select additional reserve entries, which they determine are the next best entries, after the entry judged to be the best, and record them in that order, in case any original entries are deemed to be invalid.
There is one event only hosted in Sydney on the 31st October 2018 at Sydney Motorsport Park, Ferrers Road, Eastern Creek NSW 2766, Australia. The winners as determined by the Judges in their absolute discretion – once validated by the Promoter – will participate in the BMW M2 Competition Driving Day Competition driving experience. The total prize package is for twenty (20) adults to participate in the event and includes:
Return economy flights to Sydney from each winners nearest domestic airport if required for each adult, totally 20 individually selected adults per event
Minimum 4* accommodation for 1 night;
Some meals ( to be advised);
Transfers to airports and event;
One BMW M2 Competition Driving Day Competition driving experience at Sydney Motorsport Park, Ferrers Road, Eastern Creek NSW 2766, Australia. With track, garage and pit access experienced by each winner, video footage of the event, subject to further eligibility as per the terms below.
Each Prize package is valued at a minimum of $650 (depending on selected prize and departure point).
To be eligible to redeem the prize each winner must be able to comply with the below:
Winner must be aged 18 years or older and hold a valid, full and unrestricted Australian driver’s licence that is not under suspension or cancellation both at the time of being notified of the win and continuously until the full prize is redeemed
Winner must not have been refused insurance at any time prior to taking the prize
The Winner must satisfy BMW Australia Ltd as to the ability to participate from a health and fitness perspective or otherwise prior to being allowed on the track or in the vehicle. BMW Australia Ltd has absolute discretion to refuse participation in the event for any winner if it reasonably determines that participation would be prejudicial to the health or wellbeing of a winner or that of one or other winners or other relevant personnel.
The Winner must sign any further waiver or other Deed or agreement in a forms as may be required by the Promoter, BMW Australia Ltd or any other parties agreeing to fully release and indemnify to the maximum extent permissible by law with regards to all risk the BMW MOTOR GROUP AUSTRALIA and any other party prior to being allowed on the track or in the vehicle. Holding a valid and current Australian license which is not under suspension or cancellation;
Passing an alcohol and drug test prior to driving the vehicle on the race track if required by BMW Australia Ltd.
The prize will be managed by the Promoter and associated agencies. The prize must be taken on the specified event date and at the specified venue on 31st October, 2018. Extensions and variations to the date will not be accepted.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses associated with the prize including but not limited to transfers within Australia, meals, become the responsibility of the Winner. Winners are responsible for ensuring that they have travel insurance prior to travel to cover them for the travel period if desired. The Winner must depart and arrive from the specified airport within Australia. Any fees associated with any amendments (including name changes), cancellations and additions to the initial booking (where authorised) are at the Winners’ expense. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the Winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
It is a condition of accepting a prize that the Winner must comply with all the Terms and Conditions of use of a prize and prize supplier’s requirements, including any conditions of entry to Sydney Motorsport Park.
No responsibility will be taken for incomplete, late or lost entries.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter as soon as practicable.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide proof of age, identity, residency and of any other qualifications or requirements to satisfy Terms and Conditions at the nominated prize delivery address or as otherwise required by BMW Australia Ltd. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter and BMW Australia Ltd (as applicable).
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry or email which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought prior to entering the Promotion.
The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied unless authorised by the Promoter. The prize value includes GST and is in Australian dollars and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize or part of is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to any written directions from the relevant state and territory authorities.
The prize is not transferable to another person or exchangeable. The prize cannot be redeemed as cash, other goods and services or sold to a third party including online auctions and private sales. Unused portions of the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the prize.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and its associated agencies, and companies associated with this Promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.
The Winner accepts the prize at their own risk. The Winner hereby releases and indemnifies the Promoter and BMW Australia Ltd for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this Promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The Promoter collects Eligible Entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers. If the information requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the Eligible Entrant, each Eligible Entrant consents to the information they submit (with their literary piece) being entered into a database and agrees that the Promoter and prize suppliers (including BMW Australia Ltd and its related bodies corporate) may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the Eligible Entrant. All personal details of the Eligible Entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. In addition, all literary pieces submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. It is a condition of entry that each entrant agrees to assign all of their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in and to their entry to the Promoter and that those literary pieces may be used by the Promoter for its own promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty. Entrants consent to any use of their entry, which may otherwise infringe their moral.
Entrants agree to participate and co-operate with the Promoter as required in all editorial and promotional activities relating to the Promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter for an unlimited period of time without remuneration. The Winner also agrees to grant to the Promoter a perpetual and exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
The Winner may be required to execute a Deed of Acknowledgement, Release and Indemnity in a form prescribed by the Promoter, at the Promoter’s discretion.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, malfunction of any telephone network or line, providers or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the activity and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
