PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:00 noon EDT on August 15, 2018 and ends at 5:00 PM EDT on September 12, 2018.

The Promotion is open to individuals in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Ireland who are at least 18 years of age, and are not a person or entity under U.S. export controls or sanctions. Employees of Shutterstock and its subsidiaries, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Quebec, New South Wales, Australia Capital Territory, Northern Australia and where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: Eligible participants may enter by providing a valid contact email address to PremiumBeat on the promotional web page. Each participant may enter only once per person. Additional entries will be void. PremiumBeat is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled, illegible, or misdirected entries, or for any error, human, technical or otherwise, which may occur in the processing of any entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
Limit one (1) entry per eligible participant. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the participant are void.
RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select the prize winner will be conducted within twenty-one (21) business days of the end of the promotion period. A Shutterstock representative will conduct the random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

Total approximate retail value of USD $2,800.00.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the prize vary based on the number of eligible entries received during the promotion period. The prize winner will be responsible for any taxes or other costs incurred with receiving the prize. The prize winner may not substitute the chosen prize. PremiumBeat shall have the right to use the name and likeness of the prize winner for the purposes of trade and to promote PremiumBeat and Shutterstock.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential prize winner will be notified by an email sent to the email address provided at the time of entry. The potential prize winner will have to confirm eligibility within the amount of time specified in the email notification from PremiumBeat, such as by completing an “affidavit of eligibility” if requested and executing a release for use of the winner’s name and likeness in promotions for PremiumBeat and Shutterstock. Winners located in Canada will need to correctly answer a skill question in order to receive the prize.
All prizes offered will be rewarded. In the event a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries at PremiumBeat’s discretion. An alternate prize winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries until the prize has been awarded. Any taxes or costs associated with the prize are solely the responsibility of the prize winner. The prize winner will receive the prize approximately thirty days following PremiumBeat’s receipt of the prize winner’s confirmation of eligibility.
