The promoters for the Competition are Cambak Pty Ltd (ACN 005 512 541) and Bikesportz Imports Pty Ltd (ACN 004 710 150) (“Bikesportz”)
The Competition begins on 24th August 2018 at 9am ACDT and ends on 21st September 2018 at 11pm AEST
By completing the entry form and expressing interest to enter the Competition, an entrant accepts these terms and conditions as binding;
Each entrant agrees and understands that all personal information provided to the Promoters will be available for marketing and advertising purposes to conduct the Competition and for ongoing marketing activities conducted by the Promoters in future business or competition activities. In addition, the Promoters may use and disclose each entrant’s personal information to its contractors, employees, and agents to conduct this Competition, communicating with entrants or other activities;
The provisions of the Privacy Act 1998 bind the Promoters. Entrants can request access to their personal information the Promoters holds about them by contacting the Promoters;
Each entrant authorises the Promoters to contact them by telephone, email, and other means to discuss further offers provided and agree to receive ongoing communications;
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or any part of it for other items of equal or greater value for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability.
We will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in transit for reasons beyond our control.

Entry is open to any person, from Australia who is a member of Northwave Australia:
Entry is not open to directors and direct employees of the Promoters;
How to Enter
To be eligible to enter the Competition you must join or be a member of Northwave Australia.

Winner will randomly selected and announced on the Northwave Australia social media channels on the 26th September 2018. Our decision as to the winner is final.
