The promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period at its
absolute discretion.
Segment will run a total of up to five (5) times over the Competition
period. Dates will be at the Promoters discretion and may vary from
week to week.
8. Entry Restrictions
a) Competition is open to all ages however, Entrants under the
age of 18 years will need their parent/guardians express
permission to enter and participate in the promotion. Any prize
awarded to entrants under 18 will be awarded to their parent
or guardian in the Promoter’s absolute discretion.
b) Entrants must be able to speak on air and be part of the Will &
Woody show on a date & time as specified by the Promoter.
If the Entrant is unavailable to complete the on air segment on the date
and time as specified by the promoter, they will forfeit their entry.
9. How to enter
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form by
providing their contact details and by stating in 25 words or
less: What is your OMG moment whilst you’ve been in transit?
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will
be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The
Station will select the entry it deems to be the “best” from all
valid entries received within the time period specified. The
Station will then contact the relevant entrant to invite them to
retell their story on the Will & Woody show
(c) if the relevant entrant tells their story on air and Will & Woody
deem them to be the winner for that day they will receive a
prize.
(d) The segment must go to air for the Entrant to be eligible to be
a winner (this will be at ARN Content’s discretion).
(e) The contest segment may be pre-recorded or done live in show
between AEDST or AEST 4pm-6pm during the contesting
period.
(f) The segment will run up to five (5) times or at the promoter’s
discretion over the competition period as specified by the
promoter.
10. Limitation on entries Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry
must be submitted via a separate online entry form and
contain a different answer to the question or include a different
photo/video however entrants may only win one prize each.

12. Judging Criteria
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
Promoter) based on, among other things, Creativity, humour, suitability
for radio.
13: Prize Details
There are five (5) prizes to be won, as follows:
Prize: $1,000AUD Cash
1 x OLA voucher for one trip up to the value of $50AUD
14: Total Prize Value Up to AUD$5,250 inc GST
15: Winner Notification
Winners will be notified:
- via telephone and/or
- on air at the time of winning

16: Prize Claim and Delivery Prize/s must be claimed without 3 months of winning the Prize
otherwise they will forfeit the Prize.
17. Special conditions The prize money will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank
account via electronic funds transfer.
Ola vouchers will be provided to the prize winner/s by the prize
provider: Ola. Winner is responsible for any other costs associated with
downloading and running the Ola app. ARN will not be responsible for
any technical issues with the Ola app or voucher/code and will not
replace any lost vouchers/codes.
Winner must also adhere to the Prize Providers terms and conditions
when redeeming the prize and ARN accepts no responsibility for winner
not adhering to the Prize Providers terms and conditions. The prize is
non-transferrable.
Photos/Videos and other material submitted as part of Entry
By entering this competition, Entrants agree that:
• All photos, videos or other material submitted as part of their
entry and owned by them;
• Materials do not contain images or copyright materials of
anyone else unless they have the express consent of that
person(s);
• Materials do not contain anything which is (as determined by
the Promoter in its discretion) obscene, defamatory, or
otherwise inappropriate.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter reserves the right to
invalidate any entry which does not meet the criteria above.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a
perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for
the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and
promotional purposes.
