The Competition will be hosted on NS’s Locker Room and may be promoted by NS, TEREA and related body corporates.
A participant in this competition is referred to as ‘entrant’ or ‘you’.
Entry and Eligibility
The Competition is open to;
- New Zealand residents with a current residential address in New Zealand

Australian residents with a current residential address in Australia (excluding NSW)- Those over the age of 18.
Participation in the passenger ride is subject to TEREA’s ‘Hot Lap Terms & Conditions’. These can be found at:

Employees and immediate families of NS or TEREA or related body corporates are not eligible to enter the competition or receive any prize. Entry into the promotion requires entrants to complete the entry form.
By submitting an entry each person consents to the company that is hosting the competition, storing and using the entrant’s name and entry for the purposes of marketing or publicity purposes, worldwide, for an unlimited period, without notice to the entrant and without payment of any fee or compensation of any kind.
NS reserves the right at any time to not accept or to disqualify all the entries that are:
- Incomplete
- Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading
- In violation of any law or regulation
Entrants can enter the competition only once provided the entry meets the entry and qualification criteria. No entry fee, payment or purchase of products or services is necessary to enter the Competition. The Competition will run as advertised, however, the end date can be changed or updated at the discretion of NS.
We accept no liability for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries that are not received for any reason, line, network and/or any server technical failure involved in any communication related to the Competition. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in the Competition database.
Selection of the Winner
The winner of the ‘Auckland Supercars Experience with Craig Lowndes’ will be selected by random draw. The prize winner will be contacted by email or phone within 3 working days following the closing of the competition to notify the Prize Winner of his or her success. NS reserves the right to request that the winner provides proof of identity, age, and/or residency.
NS will make three attempts to contact the winner within 3 working days after the winner has been decided. If after the third attempt, a winner is not contactable then the relevant prize is forfeited and NS will select by random draw an alternative winner. NS decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize
The prize consists of:
1 x Passenger Ride with Craig Lowndes in the NS branded TEREA Holden Supercar on the Friday of the ITM Auckland SuperSprint (2/11/18)
2 x GA tickets with paddock access
Pit garage tour + VIP driver meet and great
Prize Value $5,000
The prize winners are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to optional extras, insurance, meals, gratuities, transport, incidentals, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned above. Any unused portion of the Prize is forfeited. Any travel and expenses are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise specified by the company running the competition.
It is the prize winner’s responsibility to notify any change in contact details in writing to:

The prize is not transferable, non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
NS accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value and reserves the right to substitute any prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
NS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to vary, suspend, extend or terminate the promotion and/or prizes, or remove any entry at any time, for any reason including (without limitation) if the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason including as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of NS that corrupts, impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion.
NS has no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. NS assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this promotion.
To the extent permitted by law, neither NS nor any other person or party associated with the promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect and/or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in the promotion or with any prizes offered.
If a prize winner fails to comply with any of these terms and conditions, NS will, in addition to any other rights it may have whether under these terms and conditions or at law, be entitled to withhold the prize that may otherwise have been awarded to the winner.
Intellectual Property
All entries including photos and the intellectual property rights in them become the property of NS on being submitted. Entries will not be returned to entrants.
Each entrant warrants that their entry complies with the terms and conditions of this Competition, and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or any New Zealand or Australian law and that the entrant has all necessary right, title and interest to give the license referred to in these terms and conditions.
Privacy
By entering the promotion, the entrant accepts that the personal information provided as part of the promotion will be transferred to and processed by NS for the purpose of administering the promotion and future promotional and publicity purposes. If the entrant does not provide the requested information, he or she will not be entered into the promotion.
An entrant’s personal information will be held by NS. Personal information will at all times be treated in accordance with NS, which can be received by contacting NS at the address set out in the NS Privacy Policy.
The entrant has the right to access and correct his or her personal information by contacting NS at the address set out in NS Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
This Competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed by New Zealand law and the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all issues and disputes that may arise in relation to this Competition or these terms and conditions. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts and agree that the New Zealand courts are a convenient forum in which to resolve any issue or dispute arising out of or in relation to this Competition.
The laws of Victoria apply to this competition. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of Victoria.
