Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 16 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the prize (if applicable).
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only appear on air once, and may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.
Phone entry and appear on-air
For each on air contesting spot, the Promoter will have a predetermined amount of cash to give away as a cash prize (Cash Prize) and a pre-determined mystery item or experience to give away as a mystery prize (Mystery Prize).
At various times during the Promotion Period:
a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period for the opportunity to participate in the Promotion;
b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, up to one (1) entrant will be selected by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrant) and will be invited to appear on-air in the relevant contesting spot;
c) once on air, the Selected Entrant will be asked to choose between the Cash Prize or the Mystery Prize;
d) contestant who chooses the Cash Prize will be awarded a cash amount (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). Entrants who choose the Cash Prize will be advised of the amount of the Cash Prize before they make their selection;
e) each contestant who chooses the Mystery Prize will be awarded a mystery item or experience (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). Entrants who
choose the Mystery Prize will be advised of the identity of the mystery prize after they make their selection.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be up to eighty (80) Selected Entrants invited to appear on-air and awarded a prize during the Promotion Period.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a prize (where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a prize.

Prize
There are up to eighty (80) prizes to be won, consisting of the following: If the Selected Entrant selects a Cash Prize:
• The Cash Prize will consist of a pre-determined cash amount between $1 and $5,000 (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion prior to each on air contesting spot).
If the Selected Entrant selects a Mystery Prize, they will be awarded one (1) of the following:
• A physical item; or
• An experience or travel prize.
The value of each prize will vary between $1 and $5,000 (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
