ABOUT THE COMPETITION
The competition is run by Strandbags Group Pty Ltd (ABN 52 002 696 915) of Level 1, 2 Minna Close, Belrose NSW 2085. Telephone 02 9479 7777.
The competition opens at 00.01AM (AEST) on Thursday the 25th of October 2018 (the “opening date”) and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Wednesday the 21st of November 2018 (the “closing date”).
The competition consists of 1 x major prize.
To be eligible to enter the competition entrants are required to purchase any Colorado product from Strandbags retail stores or online through Strandbags website and be an activated member of the Strandbags loyalty program or join whilst making a purchase within the competition period. All loyalty members who have purchased a Colorado product during the promotional period will automatically go into the draw to win the prize and they will also receive an email to claim a $365 Discovery Dollar Voucher.
Entry to the competition is based on purchase. Each transaction will account for one entry, one transaction per receipt. Major prize winner will be chosen based on a game of chance, which shall be randomly drawn by a representative of Strandbags Group Pty Ltd.
ELIGIBILITY:
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and an Australian or New Zealand resident to be eligible to enter this competition.
Entrants are not eligible to enter this competition if they are an employee, or an immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter, or any Designated Promotional Partner, their affiliated companies or their related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act). For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the Designated Promotional Partner is the entity, contracted with the Promoter as a Promotional Partner, and provided with a unique website URL for the purpose of this competition through which the Entrant participates in this competition.
If the transaction has been reversed, by way of a return, then the entry will be deemed not valid.

All entrants will receive one entry in the draw, per transaction, to win a trip for 2 to New Orleans, Memphis & Nashville. The package includes:

Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and must be booked by the 30 January 2019 for select travel dates from March to December 2019.
The actual odds of winning will depend on the number of Entrants.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The total retail value of the package is $8,790.
Any additional costs not included in the original prize are to be at the winner’s expense, including extending or upgrading.
Each entrant will also receive an email from the Promoter with a link to claim their $365 Discovery Dollar Voucher. DRAW INFORMATION:
The draw will take place on the 23rd of November 2018 at 11am at Strandbags Group Pty Limited offices, Level 1, 2 Minna Close, Belrose NSW 2085 via a random manual drawing process. The Winner will be notified by telephone/email within 24 hours of the draw and details of the Winner will be published on the website (Strandbags.com.au) no later than Friday the 30th of November 2018.
If the prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12pm AEST at Level 1, 2 Minna Close, Belrose NSW 2085 on 1st of March 2019. The Winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone/email within 24 hours of the draw and details of the Winner will be published on the website (Strandbags.com.au) on the 8th of March 2019.
GENERAL PROVISIONS:
The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of the claims and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who abuses the bonus entry option by forwarding competition referrals contrary to anti-spam guidelines on the competition website.
The Promoter reserves the right to resolve any and all discrepancies, disputes or unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit subject to relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Neither the Promoter nor any of its agents are responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, ineligible or incorrectly submitted entries.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any Entrant or Winner, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in this competition or taking any prize, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
PRIVACY:
Any information being collected by the Promoter and the Designated Promotional Partner is for the purposes of the advertised competition and utilisation by the Promoter for marketing and promotion of their respective goods and services.
All Winners details will be disclosed to the parties with whom the Promoter has contracted to provide the advertised prize. It is a condition of entry that prize Winners agree to be photographed accepting the prize and agree that the Promoter may publish such photograph in marketing, publicity and promotional material without any further payment or compensation to the Winner.
All Entrants give the Promoter their express and indefinite consent to contact them by telephone or email for promotional purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Promoter in writing. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available online or by contacting the Promoter in writing.
