TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes a spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. Entries open Monday 12th November 2018 and close at 11:59pm on Monday 19th November 2018 AEST. This is stated as the Promotion Period.
4. To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
• Locate the competition post hosted on the Headstart Toys Facebook page.
• In the Post Comments, the entrant should tag a friend they would like to challenge in an epic wand duel with.
5. The promotion period is valid to receive entries between Monday 12th November 2018 and 11:59pm on Monday 19th November 2018 AEST. There will be 1 winner chosen at random.
6. Valid entries will be judged at random. The winners will be chosen on Tuesday 20th November 2018.
7. Headstart Int Pty Ltd will comment on the winning entries to notify the winners. It is the responsibility of the winner to check back on the post to determine if they are the winner, and to send a private message containing their contact details and delivery address of the recipient within 24hrs of the Promoter’s post which announces the winners.
8. If for any reason a winner does not contact the Promoter to provide their details within the time stated above, then the prize or that part of the prize will be forfeited, and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize or part of that prize.
9. In the case of any unclaimed prizes, the Promoter may choose to judge additional entries on Wednesday 21st November, allowing the last winners 1 business day to claim their prize.
10. The winner will win the following prize(s): 2x Harry Potter Feature Wands
11. The Promoter retains the right to substitute or change any prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where a prize is unavailable).
12. The prize, or any unused part of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
