The Primary Promoter is Publicis Red Lion Pty Limited Trading as Publicis Personalised Plates ABN 12 098 273 539 of Level 2, 99 Melbourne St, South Brisbane, QLD 4101.
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to residents of Queensland, aged 18 years or over with a valid Queensland CRN (driver's license number).
Promotion commences at 12.00AM (midnight) AEST on 19/11/18 and ends at 11:59PM AEST on 30/11/18 ("Promotional Period").
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
Purchase one (1) set of personalised plates in full or finalise a layby via PPQ.com.au or PPQ’s Call Centre on 136 356.
Accept PPQ’s terms of sale as per purchase agreement. Terms of sale can be found at PPQ.com.au/terms and choosing “Sales Terms and Conditions”.
Full sale purchases during promotional period and laybys that are finalised in full during promotional period will be valid for entry regardless of whether layby was initiated prior to Promotional Period or during Promotional Period. Active layby sales initiated prior to 12:00AM (midnight) AEST on 19/11/18 and new layby sales that are pending during promotional period are not valid for entry unless they are paid in full during promotional period.
Personalised plate sales paid in full and finalised laybys completed through Motor Dealerships, Transport and Main Roads Customer Service Centres and PPQ Pop Up Shops are not valid for entry. All remakes, redesigns, monochrome plates, classic plates, accessory plates, gift vouchers and business plate artwork fees are not valid for entry, including those made through PPQ.com.au and via the call centre on 136 356.
One (1) winner will be drawn for each day of the Promotional Period via random entry selection of total plate sales from 12.00AM (midnight) AEST to 11:59PM of each corresponding day. A total of twelve (12) prize winners will be drawn during the Promotional Period. Refer to clause 13 for actual draw dates.

Daily Prizes will be revealed on PPQ.com.au/christmas at 08:45AM AEST for the corresponding day. Daily Prize will be decided by the Primary Promoter by random selection and not announced prior to 08:45AM AEST of the corresponding day.
Participants who have opted in to be notified of Daily Prizes via PPQ.com.au/christmas will be sent an email to their nominated email address at 09:00AM each day during the Promotional Period advising of the Daily Prize. If a participant who has opted in to receive notifications wishes to opt out from forthcoming prize notifications during the promotion period, the participant can choose to opt-out via the footer in the notification email.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Primary and Joint Promoters are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

A draw for any prizes, if unclaimed by 3:30PM AEST on each draw date, may take place at 3:40PM on draw date at the same time and place as the original draws.
Prizes will be sent to winners via email or registered mail within two (2) weeks following the end of the Promotional Period.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment which affect date and time of plate sale.
Entries are limited to one (1) per plate sale or finalised layby per day during Promotional Period on PPQ.com.au and PPQ’s Call Centre on 136 356.
The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook and Instagram.
Incomplete, unpaid or obscene/inappropriate plate combinations will be deemed invalid.
The Primary Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
This is a game of chance, skill plays no part in determining the winners. The winner will be notified by phone call and email.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize winner of the PPQ gift voucher will receive a Personalised Plates Queensland gift voucher to the value of $165 to be used for redemption of a set of personalised plates. The personalised plate combination content selected by the winner (i.e. numbers and letters combined) ("Content"), is subject to availability and approval by the Promoter. If no option for the final Content can be agreed on between the Promoter and winner, the Promoter will make the final determination as to the Content, and no correspondence will be entered into. Notwithstanding the above, the Personalised Plate content must not be deemed by the Promoter to be inappropriate, derogatory, obscene, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive or racist in nature or promote a criminal organisation or behavior. For the sake of clarity, where the number plate elected by a winner contains a mix of numbers and words (with the numbers resembling letters), if such content is inappropriate, the Promoter will not allow such number plate to be produced for the winner.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not claim a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
Any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
Faking and/or use of a prize.
As a condition of accepting a prize, the winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
The Primary Promoter and Joint Promoter collect personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter and Joint Promoter will use and handle PI as set out in their Privacy Policies, which can be viewed at
