Maximum Number of Entries

Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, however, entrants may only win one (1) prize each.
8.
Entry Method

Simple 25 words or less Website entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question: “Tell us your best fun fact!”
Each entry will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
Appear on-air
At various times during the Promotion Period representatives of the Promoter will:
(a) select up to five (5) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (Selected Entrant);
(b) contact the Selected Entrants on their Personal Contact Number; and
(c) invite the Selected Entrants to be on the standby list to participate in an on-air challenge.
On-Air Challenge
(a) the Promoter will read out two (2) false statements (Furphy) and one (1) true statement (Fact);
(b) the Selected Entrant who submitted the ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all Selected Entrants shortlisted for the relevant On Air Challenge, will be invited to appear on air first and choose which statement is Fact based on the statements read aloud by the Promoter;
(c) if the Selected Entrant correctly identifies the Fact (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) they will be deemed a winner and awarded a prize and the On Air Challenge will conclude for that day;
(d) if the Selected Entrant does not correctly identify the Fact (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) they will not win a prize and the Promoter may invite the Selected Entrant who submitted the next ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all Selected Entrants shortlisted for the relevant On Air Challenge, to participate in the On-Air Challenge (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion);
(e) The Promoter will continue this process until a Selected Entrant correctly identifies the Fact for the relevant On Air Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), and is awarded a prize.
The Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to a Selected Entrant during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
9.
Entry Restrictions
Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a prize (where applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a prize.
10.
Judging

All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5pm AEDT/AEST on the Thursday prior to the relevant contesting segment within the Promotion Period at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
11.
Judging Criteria
Clause 4
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on-air game (if applicable), the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on-air game.

VISA Gift Card must be used by the expiry date as specified on the gift card and is subject to terms and conditions of VISA.
