1. The competition commences at 12:00pm (AEST) on 04/02/2019 and concludes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 08/02/2019 (Competition Period). The winner will be decided on 11/02/2019 by 3pm (AEST) at Appliances Online, Level 2, 20A Danks St, Redfern NSW.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents, in all States where Appliances Online delivers. Employees (and their immediate families) of Appliances Online are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or cousin.
3. Information on the offer and how to enter the competition form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Competition (Competition) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter the Competition, participants are required to tell us in 25 words or less what their favourite Breville Luxe colour is and what appliance in their kitchen they would pair it with and why, on the Breville Luxe Giveaway Facebook post on the official Appliances Online Australia Facebook page. The participant will then, go in the running to win their chosen colour.
5. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter. Entrants (including winners) in the Competition may enter only once during the Competition Period.
6. By entering the Competition, the entrant agrees to the publication of their name on the Appliances Online Website and email newsletter, should they be declared the winner.
7. Appliances Online is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for research, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. Appliances Online is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
9. There will be fifteen (15) winners as determined by a panel at Appliances Online, which may be subject to change. 5 recipients of the color Black Truffle (BTA735BTR); 5 recipients of the color Smoked Hickory (BTA735SHY); and 5 recipients of the color Bronze (BTA735RCH)
10. The prize winner will be notified by Appliances Online on 11/02/2019. The winner will be notified via Facebook private message from a member of the Appliances Online head office team. It is the Entrants’ responsibility to provide correct details to confirm acceptance of each Prize. If the winner does not contact Appliances Online by phone or via email within two days of being notified they are a prize winner, they will forfeit the Prize and another winner will be selected and notified.
11. Appliances Online reserves the right to select additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry is the original winner.
12. The prize consists of either a BTA735BTR, BTA735SHY, BTA735RCH Breville Toast Select Luxe 2 Slice Toaster for the chosen winners.
13. If the prize is not claimed by 22/02/2019, another Winner will be decided at Appliances Online, Level 2, 20A Danks Street, Redfern NSW.
14. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests from Appliances Online relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
15. All decisions of Appliances Online are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
16. Appliances Online reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrant and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Appliances Online to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
17. Appliances Online reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any provision of relevant legislation including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 20. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Appliances Online. Appliances Online collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Competition and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. By entering the Competition and opting in at the point of registration, each entrant agrees that Appliances Online may use entrants’ personal information in this manner.
