In partnership with Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) and Wendy Wu Tours, Broadsheet is offering one person and a travel companion the chance to win a six-day trip to Sapporo and Kyoto in Japan valued at $10,000.
With bags packed and phrase book handy, the winner will board a flight from their nearest capital city bound for the country’s northern-most island Hokkaido to the mountain city of Sapporo. Here, you’ll spend three nights getting better acquainted with this picturesque, snow-swathed setting where deep bowls of steaming ramen await.
From Sapporo you’ll fly to the Kansai city of Osaka before arriving to your next city stay in Kyoto. Spend three nights in Kyoto, where tradition and history are carefully preserved. Explore the former capital best known for its ancient, glittering temples, historic shrines, celebrated ceramics and natural beauty.
