a) Entrants nominated winner must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants nominated winner must have a current valid Australian Drivers Licence
c) Entrants nominated winner must consent to be entered into the competition
d) Entrants nominated winner must consent to provide basic contact details – including phone, name, email, address and drivers licence details
e) Entrants expressly acknowledge that winners will be the nominated winner, not the entrant themselves.
9. How to enter
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and by nominating their unsung hero, giving us their contact details and telling us in 50 words or less why they are their hero within the time period specified on each day;
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select entries throughout the competition to highlight on air and may call the relevant entrants to tell their story on air.
(c) On the final day of the competition, the promoter will select the entry the promoter deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified. The Station
will then contact the relevant entrant to invite them to tell
their story on-air again; and
(d) if the relevant entrant tells their story on air, their unsung hero
will be deemed the winner and will receive a prize.
(e) The entry deemed to be the ‘best’ will be deemed the winner
and their nominated unsung hero will receive the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the winner of the prize will be the nominated unsung hero of the entrant and not the entrant themselves.
(f) Please note that, pursuant to these entry conditions, entrants may be called and asked to tell their story on air. This does not mean an entry has been successful. The winning entrant will be contacted and informed that they have been deemed the winner.
10. Limitation on entries
One entry during Competition Period per person, however the Unsung Hero may be nominated multiple times by different people.
Any duplicate entries received from the same entrant will be deleted prior to the final draw or judging being conducted

12. Judging Criteria
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, most deserving, entertaining and suitable for radio.
13: Prize Details
There are up to 1 prize to be won, as follows:
Prize: 2019 Mitsubishi ASX ES Automatic in White with
6 months rego and all on road costs covered including CTP and stamp duty. Apple Car Play / Android Auto, Alloy Wheels, Reverse Camera included. Valued at up to $28,980.
Excluding the above, all other costs will be incurred by the nominated winner.
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize will be awarded to the entrant’s nominated unsung hero rather than the entrant themselves.

Up to $28,980 inc GST
15: Winner Notification
Entrant and their nominated winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.
16: Prize Claim and Delivery
The nominated winner will need to liaise with Bartons Mitsubishi and the promoter to organise a pick-up time.
17. Special conditions
Unless otherwise stated above, motor vehicles awarded as prizes come inclusive of on-road costs and registration for a period of 6 months or less. Only the optional extras specifically stated will be provided
