Terms & ConditionsDream Ride “Schneider” PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1.Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2.This promotion is comprised of (2) components: (a) place order at branch or via myBRANCH; (b) a major draw. 3.Entry into the draw component is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are employed in a trade as a contractor and are authorised to make commercial purchases on behalf of their business or trade (“Eligible Contractors”). 4.Entry into the major draw component is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who own a business registered in Australia and hold an electrical contractor’s licence (“Eligible Businesses”). 5.Where context requires, Eligible Contractors and Eligible Businesses both will be referred to as “Eligible Entrants”. 6.Eligible Entrants must not have overdue monies owing for any products purchased for the purposes of this promotion as at the relevant draw date of the draw they may be drawn as a winner, in order to be eligible to claim any prize. 7.Entries into the promotion open on 11/03/19 and close at 11:59pm AEDST on 18/05/19 (“Promotional Period”). 8.To be eligible for instant win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period purchase Clipsal/Schneider branded products from Middy’s Data & Electrical.9.To enter the draw component, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, purchase $1,000(ex. GST) on one invoice of Clipsal/Schneider products. These purchases can be made at a branch or on myBRANCH. 10.Eligible Entrants will be provided instant win prizes and entries into the major draw based on the amount of Clipsal/Schneider products purchased as follows: (a) $1000(ex GST) = order placed via myBRANCH = receive $100 voucher & 2 entries into major draw (b) $1000.00 (ex GST) = order placed at branch = receive $50 voucher & 1 entry into major draw 11.In addition to the above, the first 100 Eligible Entrants who purchase via myBRANCH will also receive a free Middy’s & Clipsal branded puffer jacket.
Qualifying Contractors will be contacted to confirm jacket sizes 12.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, age and place of employment) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 16.All winners will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the major draw and their names will be published on
www.middys.com.au 17.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 18.The valid entry drawn in the major draw will win a choice of a Boat complete with 30 HP motor (incl: trailer) or Harley Davidson Motorbike or Jet ski. Total prize value $20,000 including registration, compulsory third-party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State). Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised dealer. 19.Update Entries in the major draw will then be divided into the following State/Territory groups: New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia 20.Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of a prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited

26.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion
