TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Participants enter the Competition by spending $10 or more in one transaction at participating Beauty, Health, Dining, Services & Travel retailers within St Ives Shopping Village and completing an entry form. Entry forms can be placed in the entry barrel at Village Concierge on level 2. Receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the entry form or be provided by the prize winner on completion of the draw. Each prize will be redrawn if the prize winner is not able to show a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. The competition will run from 8am Monday 11th March 2019 until 4pm Sunday 31st March 2019.
4. 5. Limit of two (2) entries per customer per day. Separate purchase receipts must be included as proof of purchase for each entry submitted.
6. Prizes include:
i. Prize 1: $2,000 gift voucher from Helloworld Travel St Ives to be spent on accommodation, land tours or cruising only. The voucher cannot be spent on flights.
ii. Prize 2: $2,000 gift voucher from Flight Centre St Ives to be spent on accommodation, land tours or cruising only. The voucher cannot be spent on flights.
iii. Prize 3: $2,000 gift voucher from St Ives Travel & Cruise Boutique to be spent on accommodation, land tours or cruising only. The voucher cannot be spent on flights.
7. Entry is only open to Residents of New South Wales, Australia who are 18 years or older. Employees of the promoter, the management company and their staff are ineligible to enter. Lessees of EK Nominees Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter. Staff working within the Centre are eligible to submit entries.
8. Three main prizes will be given away in total. Total value of prize pool includes:
i. Three (3) major prizes of $2,000 each (including GST)
Total prize pool is capped at $6,000 (including GST)
9. The winners of each prize will be drawn at random on the following date and time at Village Concierge on level 2 at St Ives Shopping Village:
i. Prize 1: Monday 18th March 2019, 10am
ii. Prize 2: Monday 25th March 2019, 10am
iii. Prize 3: Monday 1st April 2019, 10am
10. The winner of each prize will be notified within 24 hours after the prize draw by their contact details supplied on the entry form.
11. The winner of each prize will need to collect their travel gift voucher from Centre Management Office at St Ives Shopping Village and present proof of identity. The identification must match the winning entrant’s details.
12. In the event the prize winner does not contact St Ives Shopping Village to claim their prize within 14 days we will assume the prize is unclaimed and a new winner will be selected at random at 10am Wednesday 17th April 2019.
13. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged.
15. It is the winner’s responsibility to book in their own stay, tour or cruise within the prize gift voucher validity dates.
16. Where the prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with, for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter is not liable.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
18. By entering and participating in the competition each entrant is deemed to have agreed to and accepted all conditions of entry.
19. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition will be directed to the Promoter.
