TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Promoters are Hallow Brands Pty Ltd ATF Hallow Brands Trust (Kinnon) ABN 51 443 169 338, Magical Pony Tales t/a beauty's got soul ABN 37 627 643 412 and Habbot Pty Ltd ABN 37 697 037 127. The competition is 'beauty's got soul, Habbot & Kinnon giveaway'.
2. Information on the prize and how to enter forms part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
3. By entering the beauty's got soul, habbot & Kinnon giveaway, entrants accept the above-stated Terms & Conditions of Entry.
4. Entry to competition is open to Australian and international residents; excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies.
5. Entrants must answer all competition questions and entries must be received by the Promoter by the close of business on the specified closing date.
6. Entrants agree that entry into this competition includes being added to both Habbot, Kinnon leather and beauty's got soul mailing list.
7. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
8. The competition will commence on Wednesday 10 April 2019 at 12 noon AEST and close on Wednesday 8th May 2019 at 5:00pm AEDT.
9. The competition will be drawn at 24/148 Chesterville Road Moorabbin at 10:00am on Thursday 9th May and the winner will be announced on this day via email. They will also be announced via the @beautysgotsoul, @habbot and @kinnonaus Instagram accounts via a comment on the first competition post. If the winner does not wish to accept the prize they will need to inform us immediately and we will re-draw the prize.
10. The judges' decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The competition winner will be selected at random.
12. Total retail prize value is $1,500 AUD and comprises of 1 x prize pack including:
1 x beauty's got soul gift pack valued at $500 AUD
1 x $500 AUD habbot gift card
1 x $500 AUD Kinnon gift card
A second prize pack of $300 consisting of 3 x $100 gift cards will be awarded to one entrant who also subscribes to @beautysgotsoul, @habbot and @kinnonaus on Instagram.
13. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
14. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
15. The prize winner is advised that tax or duty implications may arise from their prize winning and may wish to seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
16. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
17. All prize winners agree to the use of their name for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prize from the date the winner is drawn. Prizes will be sent to delivery address provided by the winner(s). The Promoter and prize suppliers will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
