1. The Promoter

2. Terms of Entry
(a) Competition entries can be made from 9.00am AEST on Sunday 14 April 2019 until 5.00pm AEST on Sunday 12 May 2019 through the House of Wellness website: www.houseofwellness.com.au
Entries received outside the Competition period will not be eligible or accepted.
(b) Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
(c) Entry is conditional upon entrants visiting the House of Wellness website and entering their name, phone number, email, and telling us IN 25 WORDS OR LESS: Why do you deserve to win a Rejuvenation program at Sukhavati Ayurvedic Retreat and Spa online via www.houseofwellness.com.au
(d) The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
(e) Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
(f) Winner’s details will be stored and shared with the Sukhavati Ayurvedic Retreat and Spa including name, phone number, and email for booking purposes only, regardless of the entrant’s selection of the ‘I would like to receive promotional material and offers’ box.
(g) The selection of the ‘I would like to receive promotional material and offers’ box upon submission of entry permits the promoter to share entrance information including name, phone number and email with external third parties for the purposes of sharing promotional material and offers from group companies and selected partners.
(h) Only one entry per household will be accepted for the entire campaign duration.
(i) Only one winning entry will be valid per household for the entire campaign duration.
(j) Multiple entries regardless of draw date will be invalid.
3. Who May Enter
(a) The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.
(b) The Competition is not open to:
(i) Employees of the Promoter;
(ii) Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;
(iii) Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and
(iv) Any immediate family members or any of the abovementioned parties.
(a) Entrants will have the chance to win one of the two major prizes which consists of x 2 return Jetstar Buisness Class flights from Melbourne/Sydney to Denpasar and a x 7 day Rejuvenation Program Package for x 2 at the Sukhavati Ayurvedic Retreat and Spa valued up to $16,000 AUD each.
(b) The x 7 day Rejuvenation Program Package at Sukhavati Ayurvedic Retreat and Spa for 2 people includes the following;
(i) 7 Nights Private Villa Accommodation
(ii) Meditation Course
(iii) Ayurvedic consultation and outline of your personal rejuvenation program along with a follow up consultation and seminar
(iv) 90 minutes of comprehensive daily prescribed Ayurvedic treatments tailored by our Ayurvedic Doctor
(v) Twice daily yoga sessions
(vi) 3 x Ayurvedic Facials & Foot Massages
(vii) Freshly prepared Ayurvedic dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner
(viii) Fresh Juices and Herbal Teas
(ix) Fruit basket upon arrival
(x) Return airport or hotel transfers
(xi) Complimentary bike hire
(xii) Complimentary Wi-Fi internet connection
(c) The winner will be required to pay any ancillary associated government and airport taxes, levies and surcharges. The prize must be redeemed in a single booking transaction and cannot be split across multiple bookings. The winner will be responsible for all travel costs to and from the point of departure (however if winner is not from Melbourne Jetstar will fly to and from closest suitable airport), spending money, travel insurance.
(d) Prize must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure Business Class seat availability. If no Business Class seats are available Jetstar will provide Economy seats plus makegood voucher (value $500).
(e) The prize winners will have 12 months from the winner’s announcement on Monday 13 May 2019 to book their program and is based on availability of villas. Purchase of any products once in Bali or at Sukhavati Ayurvedic Retreat and Spa is not included.
(f) The x 7 day Rejuvenation Program Package prize will be sent in the form of a digital voucher, before being connected with the reservations team at the Sukhavati Ayurvedic Retreat and Spa.
(g) Travel Insurance is not included in the prize and we strongly recommend it is taken by the winner before travel.
(h) Availability of the flight component of this prize cannot be guaranteed during peak periods including but not limited to the Christmas period, school holidays or special event periods.
(i) The prize awarded by the Promoter is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any valuable consideration, in particular for money. Any attempt to sell the prize or attempt to exchange the prize for valuable consideration, will result in the cancellation of the prize. The Promoter has the sole and absolute discretion to decide such matters.
5. Selecting the Winner
(a) The Competition winners will be selected on Monday 13 May at 9am and the winner notified by 5pm on Monday 13 May.
(b) Chance plays no part in determining winners. Winners will be selected and judged by internal House of Wellness /Chemist Warehouse staff based on a “game of skill” approach with judges assessing entrant’s answers to the tell us 25 WORDS OR LESS: Why do you deserve to win a week away in Bali? Entries will be judged based on articulation and conciseness when explaining their personal experiences.
(c) The Competition winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm on Monday 13 May. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winner within the abovementioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, and can be made at any time after the Competition winners have been selected.
(d) If within three months after the determination of the winner of the lottery, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods) has not been claimed by the winner, the promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner. At the conclusion of the three months if the prize cannot be delivered, the promoter must notify the Office and, subject to the Office’s approval, re-determine the winner of the prize in accordance with any directions by the Office.
(e) A person purporting to be a prize winner may be required to provide proof of identity and to verify any other eligibility requirements.
6. Publication of winner’s details
The Promoter will publish the Competition winner on the following website www.houseofwellness.com.au
on Monday 13 May at 5pm following the winner selection and that information shall remain posted there for at least 28 days.
7. Privacy and use of personal information
(a) In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry to the Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such as their name, address, mobile phone number and email address. This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winner. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery agencies and winner’ name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
(b) Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.
(c) Each entrant consents to the Promoter and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition.
8. Discontinuation of the Competition or Disqualification of an Entrant
(a) Subject to State legislation; The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the Competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants.
(b) The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with (or whom the Promoter reasonably suspects has tampered with) the entry process or the winner selection process or who has otherwise been misleading or fraudulent in the course of the Competition.
9. Exclusion of Liability
(a) The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered.
(b) The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.
(c) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for the supply of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner.
(d) The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final.
(e) The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(f) The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their representatives, in any matters relating to the Competition.
