6Ft6 X Notel Competition - Terms and Conditions
The promoter is: Austins Wines Pty Ltd (ABN: 83 874 322 417) on behalf of 6Ft6 Wine located at 870 Steiglitz Road, Sutherlands Creek VIC 3331.
The competition is open to residents in Australia (excluding NSW) aged 18 years or over except employees of Austins Wines Pty Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By entering this competition, an entrant has accepted that his/her email address will be provided to 6Ft6 Wine for promotional purposes.
Entry is made available via 6ft6wine.com using the entrants email address and contact details.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be on Sunday 19 May 2019 at 11.59pm. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents on Monday 20 May 2019 at 12 noon at Austins Wines Pty Ltd. The winner will be notified via the email provided.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event any circumstances outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
