Baked apple with baking spices open on the first nosing than transforms on the palate into a rich caramel character with hints of clove, red apple and a gentle nuttiness. Golden amber appearance is reinforced on the nose which delivers soft honeyed aromas with a gentle wisp of toasted oak. On the palate it opens with baked apple & warming baking spices like cinnamon and allspice that then quickly evolves into a rich caramel character with hints of clove, red apple and a gentle malty finish.
