By entering the Mother's Day Competition (valued at $459), (the 'Competition'), you accept the following terms and conditions.
Competition Terms & Conditions
For the purposes of these Competition Terms & Conditions, the following terms have these meanings:
'Major Prize' means the major prize described below.
'Mandatory Information' means the information that must be provided by you in order to be eligible for the Competition, as detailed below.
'Promoter' means Ecoture.
COMPETITION DATES
The Competition closes at 5.00pm AEST on Saturday, 4 May 2019.
Late entries will not be accepted.
WHO CAN ENTER
Entry is open to anyone over 18 years of age. Entry must be by an individual, not a company or other organisation.
Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the Competition (including suppliers of the prize) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter the Competition, you must subscribe to receive Ecoture eNewsletters. Acceptance of the terms and conditions will subscribe you to the relevant marketing lists. You can unsubscribe at any time after the Competition closes.
Existing Ecoture subscribers are eligible to enter the Competition and will be added to a specific marketing lists for the purposes of the Competition only. No existing subscription preferences will be changed, and may be updated by you at any time.
For an entry to be valid, you must provide a valid email address and your first name ('Mandatory Information'). If you do not supply the Mandatory Information, your entry will be deemed invalid.
You may only enter the Competition once.
SELECTION OF THE WINNER
All valid entries will go into a draw. The Promoter will draw the Winner randomly on Sunday, 5 May 2019.
The Winner will be contacted by email and asked to provide a delivery address for the prize.
If the Winner has not provided a valid delivery address within two (2) days of being contacted by the Promoter, their entry will be deemed invalid and another entry will be drawn.
MAJOR PRIZE
There is one (1) Major Prize. The Major Prize consists of a Kowtow Embrace Scarf, Skin Juice Amazing Beautiful Mum Gift Box, and a $150 Ecoture Gift Card.
The Major Prize will be sent to the Winner via post or courier as soon as practically possible after a valid delivery address has been provided.
YOUR WARRANTIES
By entering the Competition, you confirm that:
the details contained in and with your entry are true and correct;
you have all necessary rights to enable you to accept these Competition Terms & Conditions and grant the rights contained in these Competition Terms & Conditions to the Promoter;
any details, comments or other material you provide to the Promoter will not infringe the rights of third parties.
You indemnify the Promoter against any loss, damage or claim for compensation resulting from your breach of any of the warranties outlined above or as outlined below.
GENERAL
The Major Prize is not negotiable or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, or for any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism via Facebook or the Ecoture website. The Promoter has no control over communication networks or services, including but not limited to the internet, and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them.
The Promoter will not be liable for any damage to or delay while in transit in respect of the Major Prize.
You agree to be contacted by the Promoter about the Competition.
COLLECTION NOTIFICATION UNDER THE PRIVACY ACT
As part of your entry into the Competition, you agree to your personal information being collected by the Promoter and used in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and the following Privacy Collection.

Some of the information we ask you to provide may be identified as mandatory or voluntary. If you do not provide the Mandatory Information (as defined above), you will not be able to enter the Competition.
The Promoter's Privacy Policy (detailed above) sets out the process as to how you can access and correct any of your personal information collection in relation to the Competition, as well as how you can make a privacy complaint.
Your personal information will be handled by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
