TERMS AND CONDITIONS
There is one major prize package to be won during the Promotional Period for the Winning Entry, as follows:
a. Cash Prize
i. $5000 NZD CASH
b. Holiday Prize
i. Stay at Eagles Nest, Russell, New Zealand – the filming location for the XVenture Family Challenge TV series
ii. Flights for four people to Kerikeri, New Zealand (economy)
iii. Transfers between Kerikeri Airport and Eagles Nest
iv. 2- nights accommodation in one of the luxury villas at Eagles Nest, Russell
v. Luxury breakfast provisions
vi. 1- night accommodation if required for transit purposes at Auckland Airport
c. Ecostore Prize
i. A year’s supply of ecostore products – mix of products supplied over 12 months
d. School Prize
i. A 60- minute master class* delivered by Grammy Winner Eliot Kennedy for the Entrant’s Nominated School.
*This may consist of Eliot Kennedy delivering the masterclass via a live internet stream from his studio in the United Kingdom. The timing and date of delivery of this masterclass is subject to availability and will be negotiated with the School and Eliot Kennedy.
Total Prize Package Value: Approximately $25,000 NZD
14. Where all Team Members are under 18 years of age, XVenture will fund an appointed legal guardian to travel with the Team Members
15. The timing of the Holiday Prize is subject to availability of flights and accommodation
16. Holiday Prize may not be taken between 1st December 2019 and 1st March 2020
17. Holiday Prize is valid until 1st June 2020
18. Prizes are not transferable for cash
19. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred from entering the competition or in connection with taking up the prize
20. Prize money will be transferred electronically to the Entrant’s bank account and the Promoter will contact the nominated school to organize the School Prize
21. Prize money will be delivered to the Winning Entrant within one (1) month of the closing date of the Promotional Period.
22. Winning Team Members are responsible for getting to and from their closest major airport
