Terms & Conditions of Entry
Only one entry per family/household/IP address will be accepted.
The competition runs from Wednesday 24th April to midnight Saturday 11th May, 2019.
The winner will be selected by random number generator and will be notified by phone on Mothers Day May 12th. If we are unable to contact the winner by COB on Mothers Day May 12th, we will select a new winner. Second chance draw winners will be notified by SMS on Wednesday May 15th. All prizes will be mailed out so you will be asked for your mailing address if you are a winner. Your mailing address will only be used for mailing out your prize.
The Grand Prize is worth $4600+ and is made up of an all inclusive Heartstory photography experience, an accommodation, dinner & entertainment package at the Ovolo Nishi Canberra, spa and beauty treatments at the Wellness Empowerment Collective and The Beautique by Jessica Peris, and a hamper of wine, spirits, chocolates, teas and spices from Contentious Character, The Canberra Distillery, Gewurzhaus, and Jasper & Myrtle.
The photography part of the prize is a complete Heartstory Portrait Experience comprising of a portrait consultation, a full length portrait session, a signature portrait collection with a personal ordering appointment where you may choose product up to the value of $2900 (includes prints, framed fine art prints, metal prints, framed canvas prints and albums, but does not include Heirloom Storybooks) and you will receive these products completely free of charge, alongside a complete digital collection.
A full-length portrait session can be an outdoors family session (immediate family only), a maternity or newborn session, or a studio session for families with babies under 1 yr. This prize does not include sessions held ‘at home’ or ‘on your property’.
A small selection of entrants will be selected to win the Second Chance Draw (based on the answers submitted in their entries). The Second Chance Draw prize is a $400 Heartstory gift voucher, which includes a full Heartstory portrait session and $200 credit towards prints.
Entrants must be Canberra-based (or willing to travel to Canberra for their portrait session) and available for their portrait session by 30th September 2019. Extensions granted on a case-by-case basis for reasons such as family availability or travel, or if we book out.
Entrants must be mums and over the age of 18.
Entrants may not enter on behalf of another person or family, and may not transfer the prize to another family.
Prizes may not be substituted for any other product or service (such as a wedding photography package) or used in conjunction with any other promotion, gift card or booking, and are not redeemable for cash. Prizes from other businesses in this competition have their own expiry dates and terms of use.
