Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Entrants must be legal residents of the United States to enter the Instagram Contest” (“Contest”). Entrants must be 16 years of age or older at the time of entering. Cookie Countess wholesale purchasers, suppliers, and vendors are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Contest Period: This Contest begins on 05/09/2019 at 1:00:00PM PST and ends on 05/13/2019 at 11:59:59PM PST (“Contest Period”). The Cookie Countess will announce winners at the end of the contest period. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.
The Cookie Countess, Inc and The Cookie Countess May Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
How to Enter:
(a) ENTER VIA THE COOKIE COUNTESS INSTAGRAM PAGE: Enter via the official Instagram account for The Cookie Countess at
https://www.instagram.com/the_cookie_countess/, and completing all required actions.
Entries containing false or fraudulent information will be disqualified. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
Prizes:
Five (5) grand prize winner will receive:

www.thecookiecountess.com and does not expire.
Drawing and Notification:
Winner(s) will be randomly selected using a third-party random selection process. Winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram or email within two (2) business days after the prize drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached at the address provided and does not respond to Sponsor within five (5) days from receipt of the prize notification, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected by a second chance random drawing.
Consent to Receive Email:
By participating in the Contest, you will OPT-IN to receive email or other communications from Sponsor. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email by following the directions in the email or contacting that site.
General Conditions:
All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes), and any and all service charges or fees applicable to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. The prize winners may also be required to send Sponsor appropriate proof of age. Any failure to comply with the foregoing will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen.
If, for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Contest, without liability. Sponsor is not responsible for any entrant’s computer or phone errors or failures.
This Contest is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law.
