Festool Australia’s Winter Getaway CompetitionTERMS & CONDITIONS 1.Competition Promotional Period: Opens Wednesday 15th of May 2019 at 12 :00pm AEST and closes Friday 28th June2019 at 12:00pm AEST. 2.Entry Restrictions To be eligible to participate, you must be an Australian resident at the time of entry. Employees of Festool Australia as well as their dependents are not allowed to participate. Employees of Festool Australia Dealers are also excluded. All information provided must be correct in order to participate. 3.Relevant State(s) and/or Territory(ies) Entries are welcome from all Australian States and Territories. 4.Maximum Entries per person There is no limit to the amount of times a person can enter. 5.Entry ProcedureTo enter, entrants must navigate to the Festool Australia website, locate the competition web page, and complete the Entry Form by filling out all fields including answering the competition question. For the competition question, entrants need to answer the following: ‘Working so productively that you have time for a holiday? Tell us (in 50 words or less) the top tips you use to maximise efficiency and productivity in your working day, and you could enjoy a well-earned getaway on us.’ 6.Judging Details Judging will take place on the week of the 1st of July 2019. 7.Judging CriteriaThere will be one major prize winner.Entries will be judged on how suitable, informative and creative they are. Prior to announcing a winner, Festool Australia will contact the winning entry holder. Festool Australia reserves the right to dismiss and to exclude from all future competitions, any participant who: makes false, incorrect or incomplete declarations, manipulates the participation process in any way, violates the competition rules, or attempts to influence the competition in an unfair and/or
dishonest way. All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. In such cases Festool Australia reserves the right to allocate the prize to another participant. 8.Notifications of WinnersThe winner will be contacted via email or phone at the discretion of Festool Australia within one week of judging. 9.Prizes Details There is one major prize winner for this competition. The major prize is a Flight Centre Travel Voucher to the value of $5,000 (this will be in the form of multiple gift cards). Please note that the prize can be exchanged for up to $5,000 RRP of Festool products if the winner so chooses. Apart from this, no substitute prizes will be offered, nor will cash payment be offered in lieu of any prize. 10.Prize Restrictions The fulfilment of the prize will be managed by Festool Australia. The prize will be shipped out directly to the winners’ nominated delivery addresses. 11.Publication Details The winner will be published on the Festool Australia website and Facebook Page after the competition period. 12.Marketing and PublicityBy entering the competition, the winner acknowledges and gives consent that their name and details may be published on
www.festool.com.au and Festool Australia social media platforms and in Festool Australia email newsletters.All entrants agree that Festool Australia may use, edit and reproduce the competition entries provided and any materials related to the competition.
