Members of the Blacktown Workers Club (BWC) Group will have the opportunity to win a Holiday to New York or Hawaii during 2019 in the Escape Holiday promotion. The promotion will commence on Monday 1 April 2019 and will conclude on Thursday 30 May 2019, with one (1) draw over the promotional period. The draw will be held from 7.30pm on Thursday, 30 May 2019 at Workers Blacktown, where a total of fifteen (15) winner will be drawn from the virtual barrel to determine the winners.

Members will receive one ticket for every $10 spent (i.e. 1 x $10, 2 x tickets for $20, and so on) which will be stored virtually; 5.The number of entries receivedfor each $10 spentwill vary depending on members tier; Diamondmembers will receive five (5)ticketsper$10 spent, Platinummembers will receive four (4)ticketsper $10 spent, Goldmembers will receive three (3)tickets per$10 spent, Silvermembers will receive two (2) tickets per $10 spentand Bronzemembers will receive one (1)ticket per $10 spent;6.Sales whereby the Member redeems Workers Rewards Points,will also receive one entry ticket for every $10 redeemed (excluding Pitstop, function sales and TAB);7.On the day of the draw members will be able to access their promotional tickets earned during the promotional period, which have been stored virtually,via the POS Reward Kiosks;9.Entries can be redeemedfrom 3pmuntil 7.30pm sharp on the draw date,with the draw commencing shortly after. Once the promotion has commenced, late entries will NOT be accepted; 8.It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that they activate their entries for each drawon the draw date, beingThursday30May2019;9.Members can win up to a maximum of ONLY one (1) prizeduring the EscapeHolidayPromotion;10.Entry tickets are valid for this draw only;11.Tickets not activated before the above date/timewill be erased and will not work with any other promotions;12.The winner’s name/s will be announced via the Clubs PA system;13.Announcements will NOT be heard in the Cucina Localeon level 5 and function rooms (otherwise specified before the draw), thus it will be the responsibility of the members to ensure they are within the promotional area during the draws, for draws to be heard and seen;14.Fifteen (15)members will be selected from the virtual barrel to participate in the Escape Holiday Promotion;15.Of the fifteen (15) members that have been selected,each member will select one of the boxeson display, where they will open the boxthey haveselectedto reveal if they have won theMajor Prize, or a cash prize, as listed below;16.Each winner will have 4 minutes to claim their prize; if not claimed within the 4 minutes, then another draw will take place until all participants have been selected to participate in the draw;17.The prize breakdown will include the following:▪1 x Travel Voucher valued at $10,000 (plus $3,000 spending money);▪2x $1,000 cashprizes;▪2 x $750 cash prizes;▪4x $500 cash prizes;▪6x $250 cash prizes.18.The total prize value of this promotion is $20,000 with fifteen(15) individual prizes(the draw will bescrutinized by an independent person);19.Where the prize money is greater than $2,000 the prize winner will be paid the amount exceeding $2,000 by a crossed cheque made out to the winner (or by EFT if the winner so requests). The full prize amount can be paid in this manner, if desired.20.The club takes no responsibility for lost or damaged tickets, including any system errors with POS that may occur during the promotional period. If system errors do occur, ticket/s can NOT be reproduced;21.Promotion entrants and claimants must have their current Membership Card with them at the time of the draw and MUST be a fullfinancial member to claim a prize. No claims will otherwise be accepted; 22.No proxy may be used on behalf of any winner for any part of the promotion;23.Participation in this promotion implies acceptance to all terms and conditions;24.Any member caught tampering in any way with the promotion may be refused the right to enter any future club promotion; 25.Only financial members of BWC Group may participate in this promotion.
