1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of the Ballarat & Central Victoria residents regions only, and entry is deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of Conditions of Entry.
3. 3BA 102.3 (Radio Ballarat Pty LTD) and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
4. The Promotion commences at 6am AEDT on Saturday June 1st, 2019 and closes at 5pm Sunday 30th June 2019 AEDT (‘Promotion Period’)
The Prize:
• $1,000 AUD
Prize Terms:
- There will be one winner for this promotion
- The prize will be redeemable from 3BA 102.3 reception – 56 Lydiard St North, Ballarat VIC 3350
- This prize is not transferable.
- The prize cannot be allocated to other persons.
-The winner once contacted will be asked to provide EFT details and the prize will be transferred into the account of their choosing
The Promotion:
- On Saturday June 1st, 2019 at approx. 6.00am AEDT the survey will go live on
www.3ba.com.au - All entrants are only permitted to enter the draw once throughout the competition.
- A valid entry must be legible.
- If two entries are identical both will be voided at the Promoters discretion.
- All fields must be answered and completed to be considered a legible entry.
- Use of any automated system to participate in the Prize Draw is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and all entries submitted or received via such automated system will be void.
- The promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected information or entries, which will be disqualified and void.
- In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the authorized account holder the mobile number used by, or connected to, the eligible entrant will be deemed to be the entrant.
- On Sunday 30th June 2019 at approx. 5pm AEDT the competition will close.
- On Wednesday July 3rd, 2019 at approx. 8.20am AEDT the winner will be chosen via a random online generated system which includes all entrants’ details who are in the draw.
- Personal details provided will only be used for contacting the winner
5. 3BA 102.3 (Radio Ballarat Pty LTD) decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
7. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
8. No alternative prizes will be offered.
9. All information collected will be kept for administrative purposes only.
12. 3BA 102.3 (Radio Ballarat Pty LTD) reserves the right to request winners provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
13. The use of false name, address or date of birth i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known will disqualify them from receiving the prize.
14. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Promotion, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
15. 3BA 102.3 (Radio Ballarat Pty LTD) reserves the right to refuse the allocation of a minor or major prize should an individual prize winner have won any prizes more than once within the following periods:
a) A person who within the 30 days prior to the day on which the Radio Ballarat Competition was first announced (Saturday June 1st 2019) has won a prize in a Grant Broadcasters Competition conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $100;
b) A person who within the 90 days prior to the day on which the Radio Ballarat Competition was first announced has won a prize in a Radio Ballarat Competition conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $1,000;
c) A person who within the 12 months prior to the day on which Radio Ballarat Competition was first announced has won a prize in a Radio Ballarat Competition conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $10,000;
d) These people will be notified should the attempt to enter the competition.
16. If an individual prize winner has won more than once in the above periods it is classed as a breach of the rules and the prize will not be awarded.
17. 3BA 102.3 (Radio Ballarat Pty LTD) has the right to ban competition winners from entering other 3BA 102.3 (Radio Ballarat Pty LTD) competitions that they deem have broken the rules of the general prize giveaways for a period of 12 months or longer. The winner will be advised of this in writing after the entrant has been disqualified.
18. 3BA 102.3 (Radio Ballarat Pty LTD) reserves the right to revoke a prize if deemed necessary.
19. notwithstanding any other condition of these specific competition rules, 3BA 102.3 (Radio Ballarat Pty LTD) reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
