Terms of Entry
(a) Competition entries can be made from 9.00am AEST on Friday 21 June 2019 until 9.00pm AEST on Friday 8 November 2019 through the Promoter’s website

(b) Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
(c) Entry is conditional upon entrants purchasing any 2 Voost Effervescent SKU’s in a single transaction and providing proof of such transaction in the form of a valid purchase receipt number.
(d) The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
(e) Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
(f) Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers.
Who May Enter
(a) The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents 16 years and over. Please note, any winner under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult and have parent / legal guardian’s authorisation prior.
(b) The Competition is not open to:
(i) Employees of the Promoter;
(ii) Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;
(iii) Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and
(iv) Any immediate family members or any of the abovementioned parties.
(c) Interstate travel winners must be available to fly the day prior to the event and return the day following the event (winners will be allocated to a state event and this is strictly non transferable).
Prize
(a) Entrants will go in the draw to win the major prize of 2 x tickets to the Voost Color Run in LA in June, 2020. The major prize includes 2 x return economy airfares to Los Angeles, 5 x days accommodation and additional spending money with a total prize value of $7,000.00 AUD.
(b) Entrants will also go in the draw to win 1 of 200 double passes to the Voost Color Run with an individual retail prize value of $142 per double pass (excluding flights and accommodation) and overall retail prize value of $28,400 (excluding flights and accommodation). Total prize pool including flights and accommodation and cab charge transfers is maximum $40,400 with the 4 x interstate travel winners prizes valued at a maximum of $3,000 each.
(c) Each prize awarded by the Promoter is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any valuable consideration, in particular for money. Any attempt to sell the prize or attempt to exchange the prize for valuable consideration, will result in the cancellation of the prize. The Promoter has the sole and absolute discretion to decide such matters.
(d) Any other costs associated with the trip outside of the event double pass (with the exception of formally identified winners who will receive flights and accommodation and cab charge transfers), is at the winners personal expense.
(e) 50 x double passes are available for each participating Color Run event (VIC, NSW, QLD and WA)
(f) 49 x double passes will be available to win for residents of the event state for each participating Color Run event
(g) 1 x double pass per event will be drawn for all remaining entries outside of the event state. These winners will also receive 2 x return economy airfares (to the maximum value of $750 per flight) and 2 x nights twin share accommodation at the location of the promoter’s choosing in addition to 6 x cab charges per double pass to cover transfers
(h) All entries will remain live for the entire competition period with all entrants eligible to win 1 x double pass for each event outside their state of residence
(i) Winners will receive their tickets ahead of time via registered Australia Post parcels distributed via the promoter
Selecting the Winner
(a) The Competition winner will be selected in a five-stage approach as per the below dates:
(i) LA Event (Event Date – June TBC, 2020) – winner drawn Tuesday 17th December 2019.
(ii) QLD Event (Event Date – August 18th, 2019) – winner drawn Friday 2nd August 2019.
(iii) WA Event (Event Date – October 20th, 2019) – winner drawn Friday 4th October 2019.
(iv) NSW Event (Event Date – November 10th, 2019) – winner drawn Friday 25th October 2019.
(v) VIC Event (Event Date – November 24 2019) – winner drawn Friday 8th November 2019.
(b) Each Competition winner will be randomly selected using automated competition drawing software (Draw My Comp). The Competition will be drawn at 44 Raglan Street, Preston VIC 3072 at 5.00pm on each of the aforementioned dates.
(c) The Competition winner will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm the Monday following draw dates mentioned above. Whilst the Promoter will use its best endeavours to contact the winner within the abovementioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, and can be made at any time after the Competition winner have been selected.
(d) If within four days after the determination of the winner of the lottery (for each of the four draw dates), a prize has not been claimed by the winner, the prize will be re-drawn given the nature of the prize and upcoming event. The promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner.
(e) If an entry is successful and the winner declines the winning event state, the entry will be deemed void and they will be ineligible to win any further event passes throughout the competition period.
(f) A person purporting to be a prize winner may be required to provide proof of identity and to verify any other eligibility requirements.
Publication of winner’s details
The Promoter will publish the Competition winner on the following websites

If the prize is unclaimed, the Promoter will publish the revised Competition winner four days after each draw is completed.
Privacy and use of personal information
(a) In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry to the Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such as their name, address, mobile phone number and email address. This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winner. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery agencies and winner’ name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
(b) Each entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.
(c) Each entrant consents to the Promoter and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition.
Discontinuation of the Competition or Disqualification of an Entrant
(a) Subject to State legislation; The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the Competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants.
(b) The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with (or whom the Promoter reasonably suspects has tampered with) the entry process or the winner selection process or who has otherwise been misleading or fraudulent in the course of the Competition.
Exclusion of Liability
(a) The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered.
(b) The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.
(c) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for the supply of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner.
(d) The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final.
(e) The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(f) The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their representatives, in any matters relating to the Competition.
