Murrays Christmas in July Giveaway is being conducted by Murrays Australia Pty Limited, Murrays (ABN 65 008 468 666).
Entry
Entry in the Prize Draw is open to Murrays Loyalty Club members residing in the State of Queensland, Australia. Each eligible Loyalty Club member travelling on a Murrays Express service between Brisbane and Toowoomba during the Competition dates 01 July 2019 to 29 July 2019 will be automatically entered in the draw. Each sector travelled between Brisbane and Toowoomba by the Loyalty Club member during the competition dates will attract an entry in the draw. The Competition is not open to employees of Murrays OR the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household).
Prize
Each prize is a Murrays Frequent Travellers Pass which entitles the Pass holder to ten (10) free journeys on Murrays Express services between Brisbane and Toowoomba. Each prize is valued at $189 including GST. A Prize Draw will be made public conducted on each of the following dates at
Murrays booking office - 10 Bell St Mall, Toowoomba at 4:30pm:
8th July 2019; and
15th July 2019; and
22nd July 2019; and
29th July 2019.
Ten (10) winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries on each Prize Draw date.
Use of the Murrays Frequent Travellers Pass is subject to Murrays standard Terms and Conditions.
Notification to Prize winners
Murrays will notify the Prize Draw winners by telephone call, SMS and email. Prize draw outcome will be listed on Murrays website. Prize entitlements will be loaded to the Murrays Loyalty Club member profile of the winner on the Prize Draw date. The Prize is deemed to be delivered at that time.
Prize validity dates
Free journeys on the Murrays Frequent Travellers Pass must be used by 31st October 2019. If not used by this date the Prize entitlements will be forfeited by the winner.
Termination
Subject to the regulatory requirements in the Queensland, Murrays may at its discretion vary the Terms and Conditions or terminate the competition entirely.
