Major –once renovations are complete at the River 94.9 office, an Office Warming Party will be held. This is where the major winner will be drawn at random to win the $7,500 major prize. The Office Warming Party will not take place any later than 31stMarch 2020.This major winner will be notified by email and/or phone.
11.Notification of winnerMinor –each Round Winner will be notified by email and/or phone. The winner themselves arethe only one who can collect the prize from the River 94.9 office. Major –the major winner will be announced on air no at the River 94.9 Office Warming Party no later than 31stMarch 2020.12.Forfeit and RedrawIf the minor winners do not collect their prize within thirty (30) days of being notified of their win, they will forfeit their prize.If the major winner cannot be contacted by telephone (following reasonable efforts by the Promoter) within twenty-four (24) hours of the major winner announcementthe Promoter has the discretion to withdraw the Prize, following which the first winner is deemed to have forfeited. The Promoter may thenredraw another major winner.13.Issuing the PrizeThe minor winners will need to collect their prize within thirty (30) days from the date they were notified by River 94.9 of their win.The major winner will also need to collect their major prizefrom the River 94.9 office in North Ipswich within fourteen (14) days of being notified of their win.14.Publicity As part of the Prize the Promoter will require the winner to participate in radio interview(s), and may require the winner to participate in video interviews published on the Promoter’s websitesand on the Promoter’s social media pages about the winner’s experience before, during or after their trip.The winner may also be required to provide a statement, photos or videos from their experience which will be broadcast on air and/or published online on the Promoter’s website and on the Promoter’s social media pages 15.PrivacyBy entering this Competition all Entrants accept the Promoters’ Privacy Policy as amended from time to time and available on the participating radio station websites. All Entrants’ details are automatically entered on the Promoter’s promotions database.
