Promoter

Competition Period
12.01am (AEST) on 30/08/2019 to 11.59pm (AEST) on 22/09/2019.
Who can enter?
Only Australian residents who:
(a) are aged 18 or over; and
(b) can take the minor prize to attend the Grand Final event they chose at the time of entry on the following date/s:
(i) between 28/09/2019 & 29/09/2019 to attend the AFL Grand Final at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne on 28/09/2019 (AFL Grand Final); OR
(ii) between 06/10/2019 & 07/10/2019 to attend the NRL Grand Final at ANZ Stadium, Sydney on 06/10/2019 (NRL Grand Final),
(each, a Grand Final).
Who can't enter?
Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:
(a) the Promoter; and
(b) the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.

Entry instructions:
To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:
(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt;
(b) visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by providing the Qualifying Purchase receipt number, selecting your preference to attend either the AFL or NRL Grand Final (with this selection being final) and providing all other requested information.
Winner Determination
There will be 12 winners determined in respect of this competition – 10 minor prize winners (5 AFL minor prize winners and 5 NRL minor prize winners), 1 AFL major prize winner and 1 NRL major prize winner.
Minor Prize Draws
There will be 2 minor prize draws conducted, 1 draw for entrants who selected the AFL Grand Final at the time of entry, and 1 draw for entrants who selected the NRL Grand Final at the time of entry (each a Minor Prize Draw).
The Minor Prize Draws will be held commencing at 9am (AEST) on 23/09/2019 at Prime Focus, Level 1, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141.
The first 5 valid entries drawn randomly in each Minor Prize Draw from the entries received during the Competition Period will win a minor prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in each Minor Prize Draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
Major prize determination
Entrants who win either an AFL or NRL minor prize will be given the opportunity to pick a key from a bucket at either the AFL Grand Final or NRL Grand Final (as selected by the entrant at the time of entry) they attend. The entrant who picks the key from the bucket that unlocks the door at either the AFL Grand Final or the NRL Grand Final will win a major prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the order in which entrants pick a key from the bucket at either the AFL Grand Final or NRL Grand Final (as selected by the entrant at the time of entry) will be determined at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter will not enter into any communications with an entrant in relation to this order.
What can I win?
There are 12 prizes available - 10 minor prizes and 2 major prizes.
Minor Prizes
Each minor prize is a trip for the winner and one companion to attend the AFL Grand Final on 28/09/2019 in Melbourne or the NRL Grand Final on 06/10/2019 in Sydney (as selected by the entrant at the time of entry), valued at up to $5,000, depending on the winner's point of departure.
See "Travel prize" section below for further minor prize details.
Major Prizes
Each major prize is a chance to win up to $1,000,000. The major prize winner at each of the AFL Grand Final and NRL Grand Final will have an ex-AFL/NRL player (as relevant and as chosen by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) kick a football at a banner with a range of targets on it at three quarter time at the AFL Grand Final and half time at the NRL Grand Final.
If the football hits a target, you will win the amount that is stated on the target that the football hits. If the football misses the banner and/or targets completely, you will win $5,000.
For the avoidance of doubt, the possible amounts on the target/s you could win are $1,000,000, $50,000, $20,000 or $10,000.
There is a limit of one prize type per person (except for SA residents).
Travel prize
If you win a minor prize, your prize will be a trip for you and 1 companion to either the AFL Grand Final or NRL Grand Final (as selected by the winner at the time of entry), which includes the following for you and your companion:
(a) return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from your nearest Australian capital city to the capital city closest to your chosen grand final (flights and accommodation are not included if you live in the state/territory in which your chosen grand final is held, and if so, you and your companion must make your own way to and from the relevant Grand Final at your own cost);
(b) One nights' accommodation in a minimum 4 star hotel (as determined by the Promoter); and
(c) a double pass to attend your chosen Grand Final.
For the avoidance of doubt, transfers are not included. You and your companion must make your own way to and from the relevant airport and the accommodation and between the accommodation and the relevant Grand Final at your own cost.
By accepting or participating in any prize, your companion accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Total prize pool
The minor prize pool is up to $50,000.
The major prize pool is up to $2,000,000.
The total prize pool is up to $2,050,000.
How many times can I enter?
You can enter multiple times, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
Minor prize winner/s will be notified:
· by phone; and
· in writing
on the day of determination.
Minor prize winners will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on 23/09/2019 for a period of 28 days.
Major prize winners will be informed in person at the time of winning.
Major prize winners will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on 08/10/2019.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
· original itemised purchase receipt(s).
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Unclaimed prize/s
Minor prize claim date: 12pm (AEST) on 24/09/2019.
Unclaimed minor prize determination: 1pm (AEST) on 25/09/2019 at the same location as the original draw/s.
If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s in descending order of value amongst valid entrants who (if possible) have not already won an unclaimed prize. Any winner/s will be informed:
· by phone; and
· in writing
on the day of determination.
Any winner/s will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on 25/09/2019 for a period of 28 days.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are a winner, you and (where applicable) your companion must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You/your companion consent to the Promoter using your names and images in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect your/your companion/s' personal information directly or through its agents or contractors, including Village Roadshow Limited (ABN 43 010 672 054, Privacy Policy:
http://villageroadshow.com.au/privacy-policy ). The Promoter will use your/your companion/s' personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your/your companions' personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you/your companions or storing data or to hold and use for fraud prevention purposes.
By entering, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging. By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility.

(a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and
(b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.
