8. Entry Restrictions
a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must be able to take the prize in Queensland on Saturday 16th November 2019 in accordance with their registered address as specified by the Promoter.
c) Entrants must have a registered address in QLD
9. How to enter
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and by answering in 25 words or less the question: ‘Why do you want to see the One Electric Day Tour live on stage?’
(b) EachentrysubmittedbythetimespecifiedbytheStationwill be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entries it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified and those entries will be awarded the prize/s.
10. Limitation on entries
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and contain a different answer to the question: ‘Why do you want to see the One Electric Day Tour live on stage?’
Entrants may only win one prize each, per household.

Each valid entry will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on, among other things, creativity, uniqueness, and relevance to the question.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There is up to twenty five (25) prizes to be won. Each winner will receive Two (2) tickets to the One Electric Day Tour 2019 concert at the Riverstage in Brisbane on Saturday 16th November 2019, combined value at up to $200 (inc GST).

Combined total prize pool valued at up to $5,000.00 (inc GST)

Winners will be notified via telephone and via email
16: Prize Claim and Delivery
Prize/s must be claimed by 3:00PM AEDT Friday 15 November 2019
The prize/s will be available for collection by the winner from the Station. The Station will contact the winner when their prize is ready for collection.
Requests for tickets to be posted will be at the winner’s own risk. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
17. Special conditions
The Promoter is not responsible for changes to dates, times or cancellation of events.
No substitute prize will be provided in the instance where there are changes to dates, times or cancellation of events.
For the avoidance of doubt travel or accommodation are not included in the prize, and any travel or accommodation needed to take the prize will be at the prize winner’s expense.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter and the One Electric Day/Regional Touring a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
