This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits by judged by Tiny House expert Fabio Paulucci (Aussie Tiny Houses) based on creativity and originality. The best 5 entries, as determined by the judge, will be determined and recorded. The best entry will receive the prize.
Judging will take place at 09.00 EST on 14/12/19 at 46-52 Mountain Street, Ultimo, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
Prize pack consists of Amazon Prime Tiny House and trailer and household products listed in Annexure A to these Terms and Conditions. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes will be delivered to winners within four weeks of the winner being notified, subject to any delivery or processing delays. Winners will be notified of any delay. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner is able to provide access to land, of which he or she has possession or permission to use, on which the Prize can be deposited. The Prize is 6m long x 2.4m wide x 4.3m high and can be transported on a trailer. The winner must provide access to such land on the day nominated for delivery and, if delivery is not possible or is not possible without, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter or its agents, contravening any law or regulation, or creating a safety hazard or nuisance, the Prize will be forfeited.
The winner will be notified by telephone and email on or by 16/12/19. Winner must accept the prize by email no later than 17.00 EST on 16/12/19 in order to accept the prize. In that event, the next most creative and original entry, as determined in the discretion of the judges under clause 5, will be deemed the replacement winner. Any replacement winner will be notified by telephone and email on or by 17/12/19. Replacement winner must accept the prize by email no later than 17.00 EST on 19/12/19 in order to accept the prize pack. If the prize pack still remains unclaimed in accordance with clause 8, this replacement procedure will be repeated and the prize will be offered to the next most creative and original entries as determined under clause 5 and notified within 2 days of the previous notification.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
