Finder (the 'Promoter') is giving away eleven (11) prizes to eleven (11) different entrants. The first prize drawn will win a Coles shopping spree up to the value of $1,000 (one thousand dollars) AUD ('Winner').
We will then invite the unsuccessful entrants to sign up for our App Waiting List for a chance to win one of ten $100 (one hundred dollar) AUD Coles e-gift cards.The ten (10) gift card prize winners ('Runner Ups') will each receive a $100 AUD e-gift card for Coles Group, which will be sent to each prize winner's email address.
The total prize pool is worth $2000 AUD.
The shopping spree winner must confirm that they are medically fit to participate in the shopping spree. The shopping spree prize is non-transferrable.
Entry to the shopping spree game of chance closes at 11:59pm on the 22nd of January 2020 (AEST). The winner of the shopping spree will be announced on the 23rd of January 2020 (AEST). Entry to the gift card prize draw will close at 11:59pm on 27/01/2020. The winners of the $100 gift cards will be announced within 7 days of the competition closing.
Terms and Conditions of the Coles Shopping Spree competition:
Only the chosen first prize winner can take part in the Coles shopping spree.
The shopping spree must be completed within three (3) minutes of commencing – no extra time will be provided.
No assistance is allowed from other people.
The winner must follow the instructions of Coles Staff, which will be provided prior to the shopping spree.
The winner is only allowed to use one trolley for the duration of the shopping spree.
Coles staff will only assist the winner to select products from high shelves and the deli.
If the winner is unable to participate in the shopping spree on the nominated day due to reasons of poor health, they can nominate an immediate family member to do it on their behalf. Notification must be received by the Promoter at least 24 hours before the time of the shopping spree.
The date, location and time of the shopping spree is fixed and cannot be changed to accomodate the winner.
It is the winner's responsibility to arrive at the location of the Coles Shopping Spree. The promoter is not responsible for the Winner attending the location. If the winner has not arrived at the nominated location within 30 minutes following the start time, the winner will forfeit the prize.
The winner must arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time to get briefed by Coles staff.
Once the value of the goods selected by the Winner during the shopping spree has reached $1000AUD at the checkout, the winner will not be able to claim any further products, and the shopping spree will be over.
Terms and Conditions for the Runners Up gift card prizes:
The ten Runner Ups will be sent the e-gift card to their nominated email address.
It is the responsibility of each of the Runner Ups to respond to the Promoter within 7 days of receiving notification of being one of the Runner Ups, and provide their preferred email address when contacted through Facebook.
i. Information on how to enter and prizes on offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Finder's Privacy Policy located here.
ii. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. To enter the competition, eligible entrants must follow the official Finder Facebook page located at this URL:
https://www.facebook.com/Findercomau/ and comment 'COLES' on the Facebook post that will be published by finder.com.au, between the dates 12/01/2020 to 22/01/2020. The promotional post will initially be published on the Finder facebook page on 12/01/2020 at 9:00am (AEST). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies (Coles) associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
iii. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
iv. The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on the 12th of January 2020. Entries close at 11:59pm AEST on the 22nd of January 2020 unless extended by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition earlier without warning. The winner will be notified through facebook live on the 23rd of January 2020 at 9:00pm. The Winner must respond to the notification message within 48 hours of the date on which the message was sent in order to claim their prize. This is a game of chance and no skill is required to enter. The winner is based on a randomised barrel draw, after meeting the entry requirements listed in these terms and conditions.
v. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Commenting 'COLES' more than one time on the Facebook post will not result in additional entries. Each Facebook profile may qualify for one entry to ensure fairness of the draw. Commenting 'COLES' with multiple profiles will disqualify the entry.
vi. The Winner will be determined at 9:00pm AEST on the 23rd of January 2020 through a Barrel Draw system to ensure that the winner chosen is randomly selected. The Runner Ups will then be selected from the barrel, following the selection of the winner. This will take place at the Finder offices: Level 10, 99 York St Sydney NSW 2000. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter will attempt to contact each Winner by phone and in writing within two business days and will have their name published on finder.com.au and Finder social media platforms on 24/01/2020.
vii. The Winner will receive 3 minutes at a Coles to collect and present products, up to the total prize value of $1,000 AUD. In the event that the winner does not present goods at the checkout to the value of$1,000 AUD, the remaining funds will be exhausted by the Promoter. The Promoter does not endorse the purchase of Tobacco and hence the winner will not be able to purchase any tobacco products as part of the prize.
viii. The winner, according to Australian Consumer Laws, is not allowed to purchase more than 2 tins of Baby Formula.
ix. The Winner must complete the Coles Shopping Spree on the 3rd of February 2020 at the Coles Location specified by the promoter, to be entitled to a prize of up to $1000 value in goods.
x. The Runner Ups can spend their e-gift cards at any Coles Group stores of their choice. The e-gift cards will each be valued at $100 AUD and are redeemable for 12 months from issue.
xi. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
xii. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
xiii. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
xiv. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will share the winner's name on it's social media and website finder.com.au. Entrants consent to the Promoter sharing their full name and city if they win any prize.
xv. This competition will use Facebook website however it is in no way endorsed by Facebook. Entrants in this game of chance acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook.
